BE SAVED AND PROSPEROUS

Gen.26.12 - Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the LORD blessed him.
Gen.26.13 - The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.

Prosperity gospel begins with salvation gospel while salvation gospel leads to prosperity gospel. Therefore, with all prerequisites fulfilled, there's no prosperity gospel without salvation gospel and vice versa.

Lack of balance is the challenge we have in the Body of Christ. Some people begin with the salvation gospel and despise the prosperity gospel and that's why poverty is seen among the so acclaimed saved Christians.
“What do you want” is what Jesus asked the blind Bartimaeus because he knows that people seek Him for different reasons. Some just needed Jesus for salvation while others needed Jesus for prosperity, but I will tell you for free, Jesus is here for us for everything and if I were you, I'll come to Jesus for everything, be saved and prosperous.

WHEN IT'S HARD

Gen.18.14 Is anything too hard for the LORD? I will return to you at the appointed time next year and Sarah will have a son."

No matter what we've come to know which is fact and real, we shouldn't let it make us think that God is limited. On the other hand, no matter what we've come to know about the unlimited God, we shouldn't let it make us think that there's no need to seek for knowledge and apply it where and when necessary.

Sarah is right to believe that she can't have a child at that age considering the knowledge of biology. But when she got it wrong was when God came in the picture and she still allowed that fact to stand.

“Is anything too hard for the Lord?” This is the question from the Angel to Abraham and Sarah. So when the matter is not hard, you can hold unto what you know, but when the matter is hard or too hard, hold unto God.

Gen.5.24 - Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

Genesis chapter 5 tells us about the genealogy of Adam to Noah. All through, men were born and died except Enoch, and it was said that God took him away because he walked with God. Didn't Noah walk with God? So why did he die and Enoch didn't die?
God is not a showman, He just doesn't let things happen for just no reason. If it's necessary for Noah not to die God would have done it. In the case of Enoch, he died, he died, he died had been on repeat all through the first generation before the flood and God wants to remind us about the everlasting life; that death is not the end, at least those living in that period should have that as their own gospel of everlasting life.

DON'T WASTE YOUR ABILITY

Exod.3.10 - So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt."

Before you were conceived in your mother's womb, you existed somewhere; and that place is God's mind.

If your child graduates from the University but couldn't read and write, you have no right to be angry with him or her if you fail to fulfill your purpose of existence in this life.

Ask God who you were in His mind, what did He want to actualize in this world that made Him created you with the ability for that purpose. Don't waste your ability and be longing to be enabled in a place you are not called for.

ONLY GOD CAN LOVE ME SO

John.15.13 - Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.

The love of God can't be matched with whatsoever. Somebody once said: Your mother and father loved you because you are their child, your siblings love you because you are their blood, your relatives love you because you are related to them but your husband just chose to love and marry you; therefore the love of men to their wives is greater than the rest.

But the love of someone dying, that some other person might live can't be matched. Your mother, father, siblings, husband and wife can die for you for a reason but not when what you did that would cause the death is rebellion, that's going against their instructions, directives, advices and command even though you are told that the result of that rebellion is death. They will tell you on the point of your death, I warned you, didn't I?
But the Mercy and love of God is there to take your place and die for you even after His warnings, Only God can do this.

In summary:
If you disobey me you will die, you went and disobeyed me instead of letting you die I die your death, only God can do this.

Let's pray
Merciful Father, thank you for what you have done for me, you made it possible that I might live forever and ever, thank you in Jesus name amen.
