BE STRONG IN THE LORD
TEXT:- EPHESIANS 6:10;13
" Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, tostand."
Good morning dear reader, Our struggle is not merely against human foes, yet we find, in other places, that it is a war to the death because some easily put one to death. Our warfare, then, has all the trappings of a literal war, but it is something that we cannot see yet happening nonetheless. The qualities that we need to fight this war are not things we have inherently. We have to be given them by God. Our relationship with God is of supreme importance as to whether we are going to have the proper resources to fight this battle. We have to go to Him to get them, and we also need to be on good terms before He gives them to us.
Are you battling with a particular Spirit? Did you try to stop something from re-occurence and yet it isn't forth coming? All these happens because you are yet to discover how to wrestle with the Spirit and not the flesh.
***Say this Prayer:- Lord Jesus, empower me with grace to overcome principality and powers militating against my life***

COVENANT
Covenant is how God has chosen to communicate to us, to redeem us, and to guarantee us eternal life in Jesus. These truths, revealed in the Bible, are the basis of Christianity. The Bible is a covenant document. The Old and New Testaments are really Old and New Covenants. The word “testament” is Latin for Covenant. The Biblical Covenant am talking about today is the Covenant of Prosperity.
What is a Covenant? Covenant is a binding agreement between two or more people which leaves each of them with a responsibility. Anytime a covenant is made, a binding agreement is enforced.
When you enter into the covenant of prosperity everything automatically begins to walk in your Favour. Prosperity is not a function of binding and loosing, neither fasting nor praying. It is a Covenant you practice. God told Isaac in Genesis 26 :5
For Abraham listened to and obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commands, My statutes, and My laws.
Abraham did his part of the covenant and Isaac his son enjoyed it. The covenant you have today can protect and bless your posterity.Your location has nothing to do with your prosperity, Isaac was in the land of Gerar where there was tough famine, everyone was living in hardship but in the same land Isaac had more than enough, He was extremely rich.
Jacob walked also in the covenant during economic crunch, he had more than enough. During famine he had great access to money, he asked his children to go with double money that could afford them to buy food from a foreign country in Genesis 43. Your prosperity is not connected to your location but your connection, once you are connected to God. Then you can be sure that you are blessed financially for life. Your environment is inferior to the power of the covenant. Every increase outside the covenant is a decrease in disguise. Where you are is determined by who you are, who you are is far more important than where you are. When you walk in the covenant you cannot but be distinguished.

FEED MY SHEEP
John 21:15-17
So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

It is heartbreaking oftentimes to see some so called men of God treating the sheep of God with anger, malice and hatred. Christ's priority is the feeding of the sheep, that was why He reiterated it to Peter up to three times to show that loving and feeding the sheep is of great importance to our high Priest who has called us into this ministry.
You don't need to be loved, respected or provided for by the sheep before you can feed them, you don't need to trust them before feeding them, Christ's command is
1: Even though they challenge you, "feed my sheep".
2: Even though they stab you at the back, "feed my sheep"
3: Even though they disappoint you, "feed my sheep"
4: Even though they might not be trustworthy, "feed my sheep"
5: Even though they might not be at the level you expected, "feed my sheep"
6: Even though they might be odd and primitive, never adoptive to the 21st century type of life and way of doing this, "feed my sheep".
You are meant to tolerate, accept and welcome the sheep no matter her deficiencies, you were called to nurture and take care of her no matter how hard the task may be.
" YOU WERE NOT CALLED TO TRUST THE SHEEP, RATHER, YOU WERE CALLED TO LOVE THE SHEEP ".

The glory of the latter shall be greater than the former, the presence of the Lord is here giving life to the lifeless and hope to the hopeless. Shout for joy for your season of remembrance has come. Amen
