In any organisation you are into , try never to be a burden , a domineering person or an arrogant person whereby you have no honour character wise.
Or seeing people's point of reasoning as useless, incall for , in such organisation you will not last long in such organisation because you are a threat to the progress of that organisation unknown to you . You can scare people away because of you uncultured boldness. Such individual is a threat to growth .
As an administrator, every organisation has it own approach and character. When everyone is not liking your approach on matters in an organisation either as a executive mostly majority defaults you , it's a sign that you are not matured or grown up to joint a part of that organisation.
In church setting.
The approach is
1 Respect to elders no matter the title you have .
2 Respect people's opinion and speak your own .
3 Don't be too forward to talk or to protect or defend yourself or respond to everyone's comments while you are not the head of the organisation. If you have this attitude in church executive council, you must be removed, because you know nothing about Kingdom enlargement theory of the gospel commission
4 Don't appear intimidating to members or colleagues. You must grow a possible relational character with the members , possibly becoming an encouragement to the team.
5 Don't challenge people or argue so carnally like when you are in your community meeting while you in church meeting , we must torelate each others weakness in church if , we are working for God in a church setting
6 Don't look your colleagues with disdain.
7 Don't be arrogant whereby you challenge everyone without respect or feel that every possible course is channeling to your misconduct .
8 In church setting we don't protect our Pride among the brethren, we sacrifice our pride , we deny ourselves certain things to make sure the church of God is in progress.
Don't see yourself uncorrectable or there are people who can correct you not everyone in the meeting.
In the church setting no General Overseer , tolerates arrogance, intimidation or let down from anyone among his fold or to his fold .
Anyone who behaves like this has no church character and discipline in him ,/her and such fellow most be disintegrated from the fold against church collapse. Or people running away from church involvement because of such fellow .
In church we stand for Peace , Tolerates, Calmness and soul winning . In church we sacrifice all our pride for God's sake.
