*DECLARING MAY 2025 REVIVAL FOCUS*
"Extraordinary Wealth & Welfare" greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
We give all thanks to the Author and Perfect of the Christian Faith for unveiling the purpose and principles for guarding the Christian Faith in the course of the month of April 2025.
May we continue to guard the Christian Faith till our final breath, thereby guarding our blessings till our final breath, in Jesus name!
BUT WHAT IS THE LORD SAYING TO US CONCERNING THIS MONTH OF MAY 2025?
Remember, it is written:
_"Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me._
_When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you will surely die', and you do not speak out to dissuade him from his ways, that wicked man will die for his sin, and I will hold you accountable for his blood._
_But if you do warn the wicked man to turn from his ways and he does not do so, he will die for his sin, but you will have saved yourself"_ (Ezek. 33:7-9, NIV).
From the above scripture, we recognize that:
• Every child of God is ordained to be a watchman over people at divinely assigned places.
• Every watchman is ordained to give the Word of God to people at divinely assigned places.
Furthermore, it is pertinent for us to note that:
I. Whenever We Give God's Word, We Aid the Salvation of Souls.
This is because:
• God's Word is God's power for salvation.
_"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believe; for the Jew first and also for the Greek"_ (Rom. 1:16, see also Eph. 1:13).
• God’s Word powers faith for salvation.
_"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,…So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"_ (Eph. 2:8, Rom. 10:17).
So, we aid the salvation of souls by giving God's Word to humanity.
II. Whenever We Aid The Salvation Of Souls, We Earn Priceless Rewards.
This is because:
• The salvation of man is priceless.
"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot" (1Pet. 1:18-19; see also Ps. 49:6-8).
Man's creation cost God nothing, but man's salvation cost Him everything. Salvation is free, but it is not cheap.
• The soul of man is priceless.
"For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?" (Matt. 16:26).
Man's soul is a priceless treasure. Every soul is worth more than all the wealth in the world put together, in the sight of God.
So, we earn priceless rewards by aiding the salvation of souls.
Conclusively, giving God's Word is an unusual form of giving that aids the salvation of both the giver (speaker) and the receiver (hearer), and those who aid the salvation of souls earns priceless rewards in time and in eternity (Ezek. 33:7-9, 1Cor. 9:16-17).
In the light of this, all through this month and the remaining days of our lives, we shall continue to give God's Word to humanity, so we can aid the salvation of souls and earn priceless rewards in this life and in the life to come.
In addition to our monthly Global Revival Rally, every Service Unit in this Commission MUST reach out to souls with the Word of God across their designated sphere of influence before the end of this month (Joel 2:1-3, 11, 32).
Therefore, the Revival Focus for the month of May 2025 is:
"I WILL GIVE GOD'S WORD TO HUMANITY" – EZEK. 33:7-9.
Remember this;
• Whenever we give God's Word, we aid the salvation of souls.
• Whenever we aid the salvation of souls, we earn priceless rewards.
Receive grace to aid salvation of souls and earn priceless rewards, in Jesus name!
