GILGAL 2026 — NATIONAL CHOIR CHALLENGE
Theme: The Finger of God
As part of our build up to Gilgal 2026, we are introducing a National Choir Challenge to involve branches across Believers Gospel Mission and stir excitement towards the convention.
STAGE 1 — ONLINE CHALLENGE
- Submission window: October 1 to 31.
- Choir selects a song aligned with the theme, "The Finger of God."
- Pastor or choir leader makes the entry on behalf of the branch.
- Choir records a performance video, not exceeding 7 minutes, and forwards it to the Media/Publicity team via WhatsApp (08130918648 or 08112003124).
- Videos are posted immediately on receipt.
Entries are scored 70% by judges (theme alignment, musical excellence, creativity, presentation, spiritual impact) and 30% by social media engagement (likes, shares, comments). The top 4 choirs advance to the final.
STAGE 2 — GRAND FINALE AT GILGAL
The top 4 choirs perform live before the convention in Owerri. A finalist too far to travel may instead perform live online, with judges briefed to account for the difference in format. Judges determine the winner.

- Each branch is entitled to a single slot.
- Application must be through the branch pastor.
- Application without the pastor's endorsement is invalid.
