Topic: THE ROAD TO HEAVEN
Text: Isaiah 35:8-10; Matt. 7:13-14; Luke 13:24; Acts 14:22

Message Body

Every traveler must know the correct road to reach their destination; otherwise, they risk a shipwreck of their journey. Many believers today adopt convenient lifestyles, avoiding inconveniences and choosing broad ways that contradict God's standard (Prov. 14:12, Matt. 10:33, 37-39). True spiritual growth requires walking the narrow path of holiness rather than leaning on human convenience.

Points to Consider

Point 1: The Narrow and Straight Way Explained and Reasons

The Way of Holiness: The path to heaven is exclusively the way of holiness (Isaiah 35:8-10), which is often inconvenient to the flesh.

Spiritual Requirement: It requires being truly born again and exercising faith in God, much like Joshua and Caleb who persevered through the wilderness (Numbers 13:27-33, 14:6, 30).

Trials and Purpose: This road involves trials, persecutions, and tribulations (John 12:23-26, Acts 14:22). God uses these challenges to purify us, foster holiness, and teach us complete dependence on Him (Heb. 12:1-8-10).

Point 2: Our Expected Response and Benefits

Embracing God's Will: Believers must accept trials and pray for God's will to be done, trusting that His purpose will ultimately work out for good (Matt. 6:9-10, Rom. 8:28).

Endurance and Patience: We must patiently endure hardships, realizing that without holiness and steadfastness, no one can enter heaven (Heb. 12:1, 9; Luke 13:24).

Unsaved individuals and backsliders are urged to repent, surrender their lives to Jesus Christ, and accept Him as Lord and Saviour (John 3:3, 16).

Our sis is grateful to God for the gift of life and for seeing her through her examinations.

She testified that last Thursday, while writing her first paper, she was mistakenly given the wrong question paper. She only discovered the mistake after submitting her script.

However, she thanked God because the invigilator permitted her to retake the examination and gave her enough time to complete the paper.

She recognizes this as an act of God’s favour and intervention in her academic journey.

Our Sister is thanking God for the gift of life. She is also grateful to God for the successful conclusion of the conference.

She further testified about God’s protection and healing in the life of her sister. According to her, their Daddy G.O. had instructed them to tap wherever they felt pain. Her sister followed the instruction, and after doing so, she experienced healing from the pain she had been suffering.

She is also thanking God for His financial provision and for His continued faithfulness in her life and family.

The moderator warmly welcomed all the brethren present in the service, especially those worshipping with us for the first time.

He also read the Vision and Mandate of the Church, as well as the Aims and Objectives of the Campus Fellowship, reminding everyone of our divine purpose and commitment to the work of God.

He then offered a brief opening prayer and officially declared the service open.

‎People should know that they are not wise, neither are they wiser than God or the devil Eph 4:27 .‎ If you are Born Again, you will keep yourself from evil and the devil will not destroy you.

‎Point 1: The Reasons, Learning and Importance Situation.

‎Our Father in heaven lamented for His people whom He taught, yet they did what they liked. An example is Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden (‎2 Corinthians 6:13–18, John 8:12, Matthew 7:20)‎ You have something, so stay within what you have so you will not lose it.

‎Point 2: Our Expected Response and Danger of Neglect.
‎
‎ Everyone should understand that heaven and earth shall pass away, but this God’s word shall never pass away.
‎If God has brought you to Chosen, He has something for you‎( Matt 24:35, Prob 24:6, 16:29, John 10:10). ‎Whoever rejects this teaching and messages, they have rejected knowledge ‎Eph 4:27.
