TOPIC: OBEDIENCE TO GOD GRANTS US VICTORY
TEXT: JOSHUA 6:1-END

GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL WAS VERY CLEAR THAT IT'S GOING TO BE A SILENT WALK FOR SIX DAYS AND ON THE SEVENTH DAY THEY MAKE A JOYFUL AND VICTORIOUS NOISE, WHICH THEY OBEYED AND GOD PERFECTED HIS WORDS.
JERICHO DIDN'T FALL BECAUSE OF THE SHOUT NOR MATCHING RATHER BECAUSE OF THEIR OBEDIENCE TO GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS.
OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS ALWAYS AN EAS TO ACCESS HIS PROMISES AND BLESSINGS.
KING SAUL DISOBEYED HIM HENCE BELIEVING GOD THROUGH HIS PROPHET WERE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT THE CHALLENGES BEFORE THEM, THIS LED TO HIM LOOSING HIS THRONE AND LIFE.
ACHAN SAW FOOLISHNESS IN GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS WHICH BROUGHT AN UNTIMELY DEATH TO HIM AND ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD.
GEHAZI SAW FOOLISHNESS IN GOD THROUGH HIS PROPHET, WHICH ENDED HIM HALFWAY AND PLACING CURSE ON HIM FOREVER.
I DON'T KNOW THE AREAS YOU ARE NOT GETTING IT. ACCEPTING TO OBEY HUMAN IN THE PLACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY. MOST MEN OF GOD ARE UNDER THEIR WIFES AND FRIENDS. HAVE YOU ADDED YOUR HUMAN IDEAS?
HAVE YOU SEEN DISAPPOINTMENT IN GOD HENCE YOU TURN TO DISOBEY HIM.
THE THREE HEBREW MEN KEPT TO THEIR OBEDIENCE TO GOD ALMIGHTY EVEN TO THE LAST POINT,THEY WERE SAVED. EVEN DANIEL.
GOD IS CALLING US TO FOLLOW AND WORSHIP HIM IN THE OBEDIENCE TO HIS WORDS.

LIKE YOU ARE GETTING DISAPPOINTED OR CONFUSED.

MATTHEW 19:27 NIV:Peter answered him, “We have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?”

Most of us are dropping from the Faith because of one thing or the other.
Time is going,age is no longer on our side and we keep hearing you saying I WILL BLESS YOU GREATLY. When man is swallowed in his own idea and calculations then selfishness becomes his compass, there his desire to be settled now and immediately comes up. Christ was telling them about the kingdom to come but they were busy holding and hoping for earthly gains forgetting that Jesus Christ came to do the heavenly things.
Some churches and organizations are divided today because of this idea.
Some marriages today is broken because of this same idea, she is thinking of her own instead of the family she has been called to build with the husband, she is thinking of building in her father's house while she and the husband have none, she is destroying everything in the house of the husband in other to build her father's, likewise the husband, some are because of gender in the birth of the children.
You are employed today and you are planning how to take over tomorrow because you need your own.
Most of us have lost our handsome rewards because we wanted it now and immediately.
Abram would always look at Elieza when ever God reveals to him how great HE is going to bless him. I don't know where you are looking at and what you are thinking because this your question, action, reaction and comments this day's shows that you are falling out of Faith in disappointment BUT CAN YOU COME UP A LITTLE AND BEHOLD GOD'S PROMISES IN HIS UNDERSTANDING AND POWER.
THERE'S A REWARD FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO PHYSICALLY 2CHRONICLES 15:7 BUT WE ARE LOOKING AT THE REWARDS AFTER HERE.
GOD HELP US TO UNDERSTAND YOUR MOVES AND WAY'S IN JUST MIGHTY NAME AMEN.

UNTIL YOU STAND OUT FROM YOUR STRENGTH AND IDEAS, KNOWING GOD WILL ALWAYS REMAIN FAR FROM YOU.
YOU CAN ONLY KNOW GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD ALMIGHTY.
GOD CAN NOT BE TAUGHT IN THE SCHOOL WAY'S WHERE PEOPLE COME UP WITH THEIR OWN CALCULATIONS RATHER THE SPIRIT OF GOD ALMIGHTY REVEALS THE TRUTH TO YOU INTERNALLY WHILE HE USES A MAN(VESSEL) TO CONFIRM IT, MAKING THE MAN (VESSEL) OPEN HIS MOUTH WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT HE IS SAYING.
SUBMIT YOURSELF TOTALLY TO GOD ALMIGHTY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST IN HIS SPIRIT AND YOU WILL BE A NEW MAN OPERATING IN A DIVINE DIRECTION.

Psalm 43:5
AMP:Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my [sad] countenance, and my God.

It's time to encourage ourselves.
Don't give up, though he/she betrayed you.
Don't kill yourself because you are not succeeding.
Ecclesiastes 9:23 encourages us to stay focused hence we are still alive there's hope.
Pick rest and sleep good sleep for God Almighty is really your help and hope.
Just wait hopefully for God Almighty is on the way to save you.
Don't allow the past or present to destroy your future.
Hold yourself and repeat psalm 43:5.
God bless us greatly in Jesus mighty name Amen.

✝ Matthew 26:16

"And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

There are people around us, they eat and drink with us but they are the major enemy of our life.
They get information from us to our enemies.
They are only looking for opportunity to betray you.
Judas went out to enquire what to get in return.
They concluded on a price and further paid him and he went into TRAP SETTING.
CAN WE PRAY?
1) LORD EXPOSE THEM THAT ARE BARGAINING FOR MY LIFE.
2) LORD DESTROY THEIR FINANCIAL BASES
3) LORD DRAG THEM INTO THEIR OWN TRAPS.
4) I REFUSE TO BE SOLD, BETRAYED AND TRAPPED.
5) LORD GRANT ME VICTORY AHEAD AND AHEAD.
