There Is a Time Not to Keep Quiet

Mark 10:47 says, “And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out… Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.”

Blind Bartimaeus understood something powerful: silence can cost you your miracle.
He heard Jesus was passing by, and he refused to keep quiet. He didn’t wait to be invited. He didn’t mind the crowd. He didn’t manage his image. He cried out.

There is a time to be silent—and there is a time to lift your voice.
A time when decorum must give way to desperation.
A time when faith must be heard, not just felt.

When help is passing, you don’t whisper.
When mercy is near, you don’t stay quiet.
When your destiny is at stake, you cry out.

The crowd may try to shut you down, but heaven responds to persistent faith.
Jesus did not stop for the silent crowd—He stopped for the one who cried out.

This is not the season to keep quiet.
Cry out in prayer.
Cry out in faith.
Cry out in expectation.

Your voice may be the key that stops Jesus in your direction.
