INSENSITIVITY IS DEADLY

Wisdom teaches us that no matter the justification, not every fight is worth spending our energy on. When we engage in some fights, we might destroy our peace forever, except we repent. Our inability to see people's worth doesn't cancel their purpose in our lives.

Jesus was born for the peace and salvation of Jerusalem, but instead, they hated him so much that his destruction became their only goal. Jesus identifies their insensitivity as their undoing. Most times in life, the people we seek to eliminate from our lives are the very people God has ordained for our peace and fulfilment.

When they are out of our lives, we will soon realize that something vital is missing; our failure to admit it doesn't change the fact. Jerusalem was entangled in similar circumstances; they persecuted the Savior because they had no understanding that he was meant to bring them peace. May we never cause pain to ourselves due to insensitivity in Jesus' name.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I ask that you sharpen my sensitivity to recognize your place in my life, and may I not fight the things for my peace. Amen.

God doesn't just want to answer your prayers,he wants to answer you speedily. Jesus himself illustrates how quickly God wants to answer you with the story of a King who doesn't fear God nor respected man.

Yet the King was bothered about a widow who kept coming consistently to demand for justice against her adversary. To cut the story short,the widow got the answer she wanted.

Beloved, it is high time for you to trust and believe God for the answers to your prayers as you remain steadfast and unwavering in coming with your request before him.Read the anchor scripture below

Luke 18:1 -7
[7] And shall not God execute vengeance for His elect, who cry out to Him day and night, and patiently watch over them?

Let's pray: Dear Lord Jesus I trust you whole heartedly to answer my prayers as I continue in unwavering commitment in seeking your face.Amen.

Spotlight: Word & Deed
Text: 2 Corinthians 5:18-19.

Dear brethren, I invite you to today's study, praying that the eyes of your understanding will be enlightened in Jesus' name.

Our focus today is on Word & Deed, highlighting the significance of aligning our influence with our speech and actions in daily life. It is crucial to recognize that our words and deeds serve as a reflection of our heart, allowing others to form perceptions of us based on our verbal and non-verbal cues.

God's design intends for this dynamic to facilitate our influence in the kingdom. When our words and deeds garner trust, we can positively impact those around us. Therefore, let us resolve to live authentically, ensuring our lives speak with consistency and integrity.

2 Corinthians 5:18 AMPC
[18] But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him].

Don't forget that we are judged daily by our words and actions. May our word and deed bring others into harmony with Christ today in Jesus name.
