Yesterday, we were reminded that our faith in God begins with our understanding of who He is. We cannot build a strong walk with God on assumptions, experiences or what we have heard about Him from others.

God wants us to know Him by the Spirit, to encounter His nature and to understand His heart even in seasons we cannot explain.

There is a place where our hunger goes beyond what God can do for us, and we begin to desire God for who He is. We are not called to press only for natural realities, but for the spiritual realities that can only be found in Him.

We must learn to stay attuned to the spirit if we are serious about fulfilling our purpose in God and pleasing Him. Stay connected in faith.

Yesterday, we were reminded that we do not exist for ourselves. God has called every child of God into the ministry of reconciliation, and our lives are meant to become a blessing to our world.

Purpose is not about self-fulfilment. It is about seeking the interest of God and allowing His life to find expression through us. The question is not only, “What can God do for me?” but also, “What does God want to do through me?”
