A positive attitude doesn’t mean pretending life is perfect. It means deciding how you’ll face it when it’s not. That decision is where the power is.

Positive people get knocked down just like everyone else. The difference: they ask “What now?” instead of “Why me?” Setbacks become data, not identity. That mindset helps you recover faster from job loss, heartbreak, or failure.
