This theme reflects a call to spiritual reconstruction, unity, and divine empowerment, drawing heavily from Biblical examples like Nehemiah rebuilding the broken walls of Jerusalem alongside the New Testament mandate of Spirit-led action. The Nehemiah Mandate (Rebuilding): "Building the walls" symbolizes restoring spiritual brokenness, fortifying faith, strengthening families, and serving the community against moral and spiritual decay (Nehemiah 2:17–18).
