Gen 2:9, 16-17, 3:22; Rev 2:7
There were 3 trees in the garden of Eden. Adam & Eve could only eat 2 - all trees and tree of life. They were forbidden from eating tree of knowledge of good & evil so as to give them caution. But when they disobeyed & ate, they were disallowed from eating the tree of life because eating the tree of life forbids death. If they ate, it means man would be wicked and live eternally and God didn't want that, He's a good God. The earth must replicate heaven. People don't die in heaven because they eat the tree of life.
But when we receive Christ, Jesus is the tree of life living in our spirits and the fruits coming up in our mouths (John 15:1, Prov 15:4). The tree of life that man missed in Eden, we now have access to. The healed tongue is a tree of life. The tree of life that was in the midst of the garden & paradise is also in the midst of our 2 rows of teeth, hallelujah.
As Adam & Eve were cautioned from eating the tree of knowledge of good and evil so you and I must be cautioned still not to eat it by disciplining ourselves to speak right no matter the pressure we are going through.
You & I can go ahead and eat tree of life. You eat the tree of life by speaking right things into your life and situations - Prov 13:2, 12; 18:20-21. You speak what you want to see; rather don't speak what you are seeing. God saw darkness but He spoke light - that is the rule! The fruits of the tree of life are your desires coming to pass and you enjoy them - glory to God. The blessed of the Lord, go ahead and eat as much of tree of life as you desire! God bless you.
