EASTER SUNDAY

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and its impact in human life by Pastor Ezekiel ARIDEGBE

Text: Matt 27:51-54, Matt 28:18-20, Isaiah 62:10-12

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ helps us all to gain salvation, liberation and hope in eternal glory.

* Jesus Christ was crucified but rose again, giving us direct access to the throne of Grace (Matt 27:51)

* The death and resurrection of Jesus and the events that took place validate our sonship in Christ and Christ in God (Matt 27:54)

* Jesus Christ death and resurrection confirm His supremacy and possession of all powers in Heaven and on earth (Matt 28:18).

🎵🎵🎵 ALLELUIA, ALLELUIA, ALLELUIA!
The strife is o'er, the battle done,
The victory of life is won;
The song of triumph has begun.
Alleluia!

The powers of death have done their worst,
But Christ their legions hath dispersed:
Let shout of holy joy outburst.
