Publishing the WHOLE GOOD NEWS to meet the need of the WHOLE YOUTH in the WHOLE WORLD;
Providing the Gospel in ALL WAYS POSSIBLE, by ALL MEANS AVAILABLE and at ALL COSTS BEARABLE to ALL YOUTHS REACHABLE;
