As we celebrate the occasion of our anniversary today,we are reminded of the inexhaustible river of God's renewal.
Over the years, we have walked through different phases of life as a church.

Yet every time, God has made everything beautiful for us in His time.
He has brought new life and growth in the midst of it all.
This is the beauty of being anchored in Christ.

As we celebrate God's constant faithfulness to us in the past, we also rejoice that He will continue to be faithful to us in the future.

It was a time of celebration and reflection as we celebrated our annual Family Festival 2024.

SERMON EXCERPTS
Preacher: Pastor R.O. Duntoye.
Bible reading: Genesis 24:1-6, 9-27.
Topic: A FAMILY OF HONOR.
We considered the following points.

📌 Understanding the foundation and purpose of the family- Genesis 2:7
📌 Prioritizing the purpose of the family before venturing into becoming a family.
📌 Creating and building the atmosphere for an honourable family.
📌 Enjoying the fruits of labor of an honorable family.
📌 How to maintain the honour in a family.

We had the biblical example of Solomon meeting honour in his family through an inheritance and how he was able to maintain it.
Ruth also has a grace of honour and was able to sustain it.
We were all encouraged to do the same and stand for God as a family even in a time like this.

There is a saying that gratitude is a combination of two things.
Your cash gift + dance gift = Thanksgiving.

This assignment was well understood and put to display by the APOSTOLIC YOUTHS of Fountain of Life on Sunday as we celebrated the 2024 Youth Anniversary in CAC worldwide.

It was a moment of praise and gratitude to God for bringing us all into a new year and giving us an abundance of testimonies.

So, teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
It was a celebration galore yesterday as we merrily felicitatated with our father in the Lord on the occasion of his birthday.

You have laboured for us to see the right way.
It is amazing how you teach and deliver the messages that inspire us all.
It's a blessing to have a spiritual leader like you, sir.

It is our month of "MOVING TO THE HIGHER GROUND"
according to ISAIAH 54 v 3.

We had a blissful experience in God's presence last Sunday.
Here are the sermon excerpts to mediate on:

Topic: OPERATING IN THE HIGHER GROUND.

There are 3 stages to be passed through before moving to higher ground.
1) Stage of reproach.
2) Stage of contention or competition.
3) Stage of more competitions.

✅If one is not called, you can't get to the top or higher ground in God's way.

✅No glory without a story.

Useful elements for higher grounds.
1) Suppressing advantages.
2) Power of superiority
3) Authority to dominate.

For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.

And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the Lord hath blessed.

This is the word of the Lord for his people this season and as you continue the week, ensure to meditate on it to see the manifestations and receive your testimony.

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

This is the Lord's word for us as we navigate the month of May.
All that has been lost will be recovered and things will begin to fall back into place.
We will eat in satisfaction and not be ashamed.
Just believe it and confess it with bold declaration.

Children are the heritage of the Lord and happy is the man that has his quiver full of them.
He shall speak with his enemies in the gates and not be ashamed.
Let's gather together to celebrate our kids.

To every child, may your dreams be as big as your imagination, and may you have the courage to chase them as God gives you wisdom.

The celebration of the Sunday communion service, the Lord's Day, has been understood from the beginning as the heart of life in the Christian church.

At the communion service, the Triune God is present in the midst of the congregation in a special way.
He teaches, reprimands, and comforts us with His word.📖📖

He reminds us of the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ.
He nourishes us with His body and blood in the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper and cares for us with His Holy Spirit.✝️✝️

Just at the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.
It is rare to see anyone die for a righteous person, but God demonstrates his love to us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Jesus bore our sins in his body and on the cross that we might die to sins and live for righteousness and by his stripes, we are made whole.

Hallelujah!!!
Christ is risen.
No longer has sin power over us.
His suffering and resurrection have brought us eternal life.
Glory to the Most High God.
