TOPIC; BLESSING – BUILDING FINANCIAL CAPACITY

Text: Deut 8:18, Eccl 10:19, Matth 25:14-30
Focus: Understanding that Blessing can provoke financial capacity
Building financial capacity is possible because it is God’s will and desire.
All it takes to build financial capacity is already released by God to his children (Gen 1:28)
There are things to do or things involved in building financial capacity. Everyone that built financial capacity in the scripture did almost the same thing and became wealthy. They said that to discover is to recover.
SOME SCRIPURAL EXAMPLES OF THOSE THAT WERE BLESSED AND THEY BUILT FINANCIAL CAPACITY IN THEIR TIME
1. Abraham – Gen 24:1, Gen 13:2, Gen 23:1-20
2. Isaac – Gen 25:11, Gen 26:13-14,16.
3. Jacob – Gen 35:9, Gen 48:3.
4. Job – Job 42:12, Job 1:1-3.Solomon – 1 Kings 10:23
THEIR SECRETS OF FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH/ BLESSINGS
1. They were spiritual men/ men of spirituality
2. They were men of love
3. They were men of sacrifice
4. They were men of obedience
5. They were men of prayer
6. They were men of labour
7. They were men of faith
8. They were men of altar
9. They were men that carried divine presence
10. They were men of positive confession
11. They were men that God helped, and they helped other men.
There are secrets of these wealthy men in the scripture, and we will start discovering them one after the other.

1. Abraham
(a) He was a spiritual man (Gen 18:17-33)
(b) He was a man of love (Deut 30:20, Gen 18:2-8)
(c) He was obedient (Gen 26:5, Gen 12:1-2, Gen 13:16-18, Gen 22:1-3)
(d) He was a man of Sacrifice (Gen 22:1-3, 15-18, Gen 12:1-3)
(e) He was a man of Prayer (Gen 13:8, Gen 20:17, Gen 24:2)
(f) He was a man of faith (Rom 4:16, Heb 11:8, 17)
(g) He was a man of Labour (John 3:39, James 2:21, Rom 4:2)
(h) He was a man of positive confession (Gen 22:26).
