TOPIC: UNVEILING THE VEILED IN LIGHT
TEXT: Genesis 1:1-3, 2 Corinthians 3:16–18, 4:3–6
> “Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty… But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image…”
“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God…”
NOW HEAR THIS......
Beloved, there are things hidden not because they are lost,There are peoples miracles, Testimonies, marriages, fruitfulness and many others hidden not because God has not approved it for you but because they are veiled, because there are spirits and Powers resisting the Manifestations of God's answers to his people's pain and troubles,there are Altars contending against the glory asking questions why will it be you ?!
The veil is the separator between ignorance and revelation, between blindness and vision, between carnality and spirituality.
But hear this: when light comes, the veil burns ,when light comes the veils are torn apart,when light comes the veil is broken!
From Genesis to Revelation, the movement of God in man’s life is the journey from darkness to light — from veiling to unveiling. The purpose of revelation is transformation, and the purpose of transformation is manifestation.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE VEILED?
To be veiled means:
1. To be covered from seeing divine reality (2 Cor. 4:3–4).
“If our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost…”
The devil’s strongest weapon is spiritual blindness — keeping people from seeing the light of the gospel of Christ.
2. To live below divine potential — when your glory is hidden behind ignorance, fear, or sin.
3. To be spiritually disconnected — when the presence of God becomes distant, and the things of the Spirit are unclear.
💡 WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE UNVEILED IN LIGHT?
To be unveiled in light means to walk in revelation, truth, and divine consciousness!
It is the moment when the Spirit of the Lord lifts the covering casted upon your life and destiny and your spirit sees clearly what God has been showing all along. Imagine A Major Prophet like Isaiah could not encounter the Lord from Isaiah chapter 1 till chapter Six when the coverage was taken away Until .....You must contend for the delivery of any of your miracle.......as demonic coverages, clouds of darkness is real I pray for you everything covering you up henceforth in the mighty name of JESUS I COMMAND THEM TO BE SWALLOWED UP 🔥
> Isaiah 25:7 — “And He will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the veil that is spread over all nations.”
God is Still in the business of unveiling His people, His church, and His mysteries.
🔥 THREE DIMENSIONS OF THE VEIL
1️⃣ The Veil of Sin
Sin darkens the heart of a man and the heart of a Spirit.clouds the eyes of understanding and establishes limitations to the access of portals in the Spirit. A sinner is like a condemned criminal waiting to be executed you're guilty as charged!
When Adam sinned, light left and darkness entered — man began to hide,man lost his confidence,he lost the God nature,The one that fellowships with God became afraid and ran from beholding the glory of God because of the reign of darkness that is made manifest upon him.
But when Jesus cried “It is finished,” the veil of the temple tore in two!
👉 The first unveiling happened at Calvary — the way into the holiest was opened (Hebrews 10:19–20).
2️⃣ The Veil of Ignorance
Hosea 4:6 — “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
You cannot walk in what you don’t know, that's why it's important to study the word in Season and out of season.
When the light of the Word enters your spirit, what was once confusing becomes clear.
👉 Revelation lifts you!
3️⃣ The Veil of Flesh
The carnal man cannot perceive the things of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:14).
The veil of flesh keeps you bound to feelings, weaknesses,offenses, and worldliness.
When you yield to the Holy Ghost, the veil of flesh is crucified, and divine perception is restored.
💥 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE VEIL IS LIFTED?
1. Revelation replaces confusion chaos and uncertainty— The mysteries of destiny become clear. You will walk in purpose and have relevance because you have an understanding of What God wants to do with you for your generation
2. Glory is revealed — “We all, with open face, beholding… are changed!” (2 Cor. 3:18).
3. Boldness in His presence — No more fear of approaching God; access is granted.
4. Transformation and Illumination — Light does not just reveal; it transforms.we rise in this kingdom by Knowledge and by Light, Light empowers you...think of what a generator does in the life of a man
5. Manifestation of divine purpose — When the veil lifts, hidden greatness emerges!, Opportunities find you without Contentions and great favors made manifest!
⚔️ KEYS TO UNVEILING IN LIGHT
🔑 1. TURN TO THE LORD
> “When it shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.” (2 Cor. 3:16)
Return to intimacy. Revival begins where repentance meets revelation.
🔑 2. WALK IN THE WORD
Psalm 119:130 — “The entrance of Thy Word giveth light…”
The Word of God is not for information but for illumination.
🔑 3. FELLOWSHIP WITH THE HOLY GHOST
He is the revealer of mysteries (1 Corinthians 2:10).
As you pray in the Spirit, hidden things become visible, and fog becomes clarity.
🔑 4. PURITY OF HEART
Matthew 5:8 — “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”
Purity sharpens perception; impurity blinds it.
🔑 5. WORSHIP IN TRUTH
In true worship, light breaks forth.
When Isaiah saw the Lord (Isaiah 6), the veil of his flesh and guilt was torn — and his ministry began to burn!
🔥 PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS AND PRAYERS
1. Lord, tear the veil!
Every veil of confusion, sin, and ignorance — be rent in Jesus’ name!
(2 Corinthians 3:16)
2. Light, arise in me!
Let every dark place in my destiny receive divine illumination!
(Isaiah 60:1–2)
3. By the blood of Jesus, I enter the unveiled presence of the Father!
No more blindness, no more delay!
(Hebrews 10:19–22)
4. Spirit of Revelation, baptize my eyes to see beyond the natural!
(Ephesians 1:17–18)
5. Lord, unveil my generation in light!
Let truth pierce the nations and cause hidden glory to emerge!
⚡️ CONCLUSION
When God unveils you, your world will never be able to ignore you.
The light that unveils you will distinguish you!
Arise, child of God — the veil is gone, and your season of revelation has begun!
> Isaiah 60:1 — “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.”
