DAILY DRIVER (21/02/2026)

TOPIC: THE SOURCE OF YOUR STRENGTH

TEXT: Ephesians 6 verse 10
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

Strength means having the capacity to withstand pressure.

Or possessing the ability to stand firm when everything around you is shaking.

And when life throws challenges that seem bigger than what you can handle, it can leave you feeling weak and defeated.

Truly, trying to face spiritual battles with only natural strength will drain you quickly.

But through connection with the Lord, you have access to a strength that doesn't come from you.

And this strength is not just for occasional moments of crisis, but for everyday endurance in the fight of faith.

Hence the need to BE STRONG IN THE LORD.

More than anything, drawing strength from God keeps you standing, because you're no longer depending on what you have but on what He provides.

And even when the enemy tries to overwhelm you with fear or fatigue, your anchored position in God's mighty power makes his attacks ineffective.

True resilience is dependent on the source you're drawing from.

May your spirit be fortified with divine strength, and may you stand unshaken in every battle, even as you lean on His mighty power.

In Jesus name.

TOPIC: PARTNERSHIP WITH HEAVEN

TEXT: Mark 16 verse 20
Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.

There is a difference between talking about the gospel and actually going out to preach it. Many believers know the message but stay comfortable where they are.

The disciples didn't have that luxury.

After Jesus ascended, they had a choice to either sit around discussing what He said or actually go do it.

They chose to go. They went out and preached everywhere.

And something happened that most people miss when they read this verse.

The Lord worked with them.

God didn't send them out alone. He didn't tell them to figure it out and report back later. He went with them, actively involved in what they were doing.

As they preached, He confirmed His word by the signs that accompanied it.

Healings happened. Demons left. Miracles broke out wherever the gospel was spoken.

God was intentionally backing up their words with His power.

This is still available. When you preach what God has said, He proves it's true through what He does.

You don't need to manufacture signs. You just need to speak His word and trust Him to handle the rest.

Will you go, or will you stay in your comfort zone?

Receive the grace to step out and preach boldly, trusting the Lord to work with you and confirm His word through signs in Jesus' name.

TOPIC : DEAR MAN IN GOD.

TEXT : Job 28 verse 3
Man puts an end to the darkness; he searches the farthest recesses for ore in the blackest darkness.

The understanding of the advantages and benefits the man in God has will keep believers in the ever winning side.

For the context of our discussion today, the man we are referring to is both male and female. So, it means that we are also saying the woman in God and the man in God.

Now, go back to our anchor scripture for today and read the A part of that scripture.

THE MAN IN GOD PUTS AN END TO DARKNESS.

Remember, it is not the man with assets, it is not the man with riches, it is not the man with beauty but THE MAN IN GOD.

You see why Jesus tells us to let out light so shine before men that they may see our good works and glorify our father in heaven.

Who is a man in God?
A man in God is every male and female that has wholly submitted to the Lordship of Christ.

Your pastor is not the only man in God, you are one, too.

It is time you start seeing yourself in the light of who the scriptures has defined you to be.

You have the ability and capacity to put an end to darkness.

Three ways the man in God puts an end to darkness;
- Come in the name of the Lord.
- Come by the blood of Jesus.
- Come by the word of the Lord.

Your system for victory is the name Jesus and also through Jesus.

Beloved, once you are in Christ, you are light and you've been given the mandate by God to put an end to any darkness around you and your family.

THE MAN IN GOD PUTS AN END TO DARKNESS.

Receive grace to live by this truth in Jesus name.

TOPIC: BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION

TEXT: Ephesians 3 verse 20
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.

You probably have your goals for this year, things you hope to achieve, prayers you want answered, and breakthroughs you're believing for.

But what if God's plan for you goes far beyond what you have written down or prayed about?

Today's anchor scripture introduces us to a God who operates on a completely different scale than our human thinking.

He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.

Not just what you ask, not just what you imagine, but immeasurably more than both combined.

Your highest dream is still beneath what God can accomplish. Your boldest prayer is still smaller than His capacity to answer.

And what makes this even more powerful is that this is about God's power that is at work within you.

Right now, in this moment, there is supernatural power operating inside you that can produce results beyond anything you've conceived.

God isn't limited by your vision. He isn't restricted by your requests.

He can take what you have asked for and multiply it. He can take what you have imagined and expand it beyond recognition.

Stop putting a ceiling on what God can do in your life. Stop limiting Him to the boundaries of your imagination.

Will you trust Him to exceed every expectation you have?

Receive the grace to expect the immeasurably more that God is prepared to release in your life according to His power at work within you in Jesus' name.

Watch God blow your mind this weekend.

TOPIC: THE SPIRIT WE RECEIVED

TEXT: 2 Timothy 1 verse 7
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

Have you ever seen someone paralysed by fear and afraid to step into their calling, even though they were highly talented and had everything they needed to succeed?

Could that person have been you?

Our anchor verse reveals the nature of the Spirit dwelling within every believer.

The Spirit God gave us does not make us timid. Timidity, fear, and shrinking back are not characteristics of the Holy Spirit.

If you are operating in fear and intimidation, that is not coming from the Spirit of God within you.

God didn't give you a spirit of cowardice, the Spirit gives us power; supernatural ability to accomplish what God has called us to do.

The Spirit gives us love; divine love that casts out fear and compels us to reach others.

The Spirit gives us self-discipline; the capacity to control ourselves and make wise choices even under pressure.

This is the DNA of the Holy Spirit operating in your life: power, love, and self-discipline.

When timidity tries to hold you back, it's not the Spirit speaking, it's something you need to resist.

The Holy Spirit pushes you forward with boldness, empowers you with strength, connects you to others through love, and stabilises you with discipline.

You have access to all three of these qualities right now because the Spirit lives in you.

Will you operate in the Spirit God gave you or yield to the timidity He didn't?

Receive the grace to walk in the power, love, and self-discipline of the Holy Spirit, rejecting every form of fear and timidity in Jesus' name.

Topic: HELP THAT HOLDS US.

TEXT : Psalm 121verse 2
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

Sometimes we forget how much help we truly receive because God’s hand is often quiet but constant.

He protects us from dangers we never see, strengthens us in moments we almost give up, and opens doors we did not even know were meant for us.
His help is not always loud, but it is always faithful.

God does not only help in emergencies; He helps in the ordinary details of our lives.

In conversations, decisions, delays, and even disappointments, His sustaining grace is at work.

What you call coincidence is often divine assistance.

What you call luck is often the Lord arranging steps on your behalf.

Let this truth settle deeply in your heart, you are supported by God. That means your challenges are not greater than your help.

Your needs are not bigger than your Source. And your future is not uncertain in the hands of the One who holds all things together.

As you step into today, go with this consciousness that You are not alone, Heaven is backing you.
The Maker of heaven and earth is your help.

May you acknowledge that you are helped and held by God in Jesus' name. Amen!

TOPIC: HE IS MINDFUL OF YOU.

TEXT: Luke 12 verse 7
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

One thing about humans is that no matter how strong we think we are, there are times our human limitations just shows up and we find ourselves so caught up by our weaknesses or shortcomings and we are not just talking about sin.

It is always very easy for a believer in Christ who serves the Lord so diligently to begin to think that his service in God's vineyard is never noticed and not rewarded possibly because of the current situations around his life.

It is very possible for a believer in Christ to think that God no longer answers prayers possibly because he or she has been making a particular prayer for a very long time.

And these thoughts really can do something in our minds that our hearts begins to fail.

But look at what today's anchor scripture has to say to us. An understanding of today's scripture will help you truly understand beyond stories that God is ever faithful.

Our anchor scripture says,
"But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows".

Today's daily driver is specifically for that individual already feeling tired in his or her commitment to God.

Maybe possibly because you've served God for a very long time yet you are still expecting a long awaited miracle from God.

It is very important you understand that the Lord you serve never leaves you neither will he ever forsake you.

He counts the very hairs in your head. This means that he's so mindful of you.

God sees you.
God knows you.
God hears you.
God is with you.

Experience God's abiding prescence in all you do in Jesus name.

TOPIC: GOD CONFIRMS HIS WORD

TEXT: Mark 16 verse 20
Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.

Some believers struggle with sharing their faith because they wonder if their words will actually make any impact.

But you will find more confidence when you understand how God responds to obedience.

The disciples didn't have a detailed manual on evangelism. They didn't wait until they felt fully equipped or until they had all the answers.

They simply went out and preached everywhere.

You may feel inadequate or unsure about how to share the gospel, but can you trust that God will meet you in your obedience?

Don't overthink it, don't wait for the perfect moment or the perfect words, Just step out and speak what God has placed in your heart.

And understand that you won't be doing it alone. God doesn't send you out and leave you to figure things out by yourself.

The Lord worked with them. He partnered with their efforts, moving alongside them every step of the way.

And as they preached, God confirmed His word by the signs that accompanied it.

Miracles validated the message, healings authenticated what was spoken, and supernatural demonstrations proved that what they declared was true.

This is still how God operates today. When you speak His word, He backs it up with His power.

Preach with boldness. Declare with confidence. Trust that God will confirm what you say.

Whatever you do, don't let fear or doubt silence you.

May your words carry the weight of heaven's confirmation as you step out in faith in Jesus' name.

The glory of God shines through you this Saturday.

TOPIC: THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL

TEXT: Romans 1 verse 16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

There are believers today who carry the gospel but are too afraid to let it show. They hide it to avoid ridicule, rejection, or judgment from the world around them.

Paul declares openly in today's anchor scripture, that he is not ashamed of the gospel.

In a world that mocks and marginalises everything Christ stands for, you can stand firm and unapologetic.

This confidence comes from knowing exactly what the gospel is. That it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes.

And this power does something specific, it brings salvation.

The gospel doesn't need your help to be effective. It doesn't need your eloquence or your popularity to work.

It carries its own power. The moment someone believes, that power moves and salvation is released.

This should remove every fear you have about sharing it.

You don't need to be a theologian or have all the answers. You just need to be willing to carry what God has already loaded with His power.

The gospel works on its own. Your job is simply to deliver it without shame.

Receive the grace to stand bold and unapologetic, knowing that the power of God travels with the message you carry in Jesus' name.

TOPIC : YOUR WORDS CREATES YOUR REALITIES.

TEXT : Proverbs 15 verse 4
A wholesome tongue is a tree of life,
But perverseness in it breaks the spirit.

Where you are today is largely the harvest of what you’ve been speaking over yourself, your future, your health, your relationships, and even your faith. Words are never empty, they carry power.

Our Man of God, Apostle Daniel Ogbu, often reminds us that words are not echoes, words are spirit.

Words goes beyond sounds, they are our tool for creation.

Every time you speak, you are either planting seeds of life or seeds of limitation.

Scripture calls the tongue a tree of life because what you consistently say will eventually grow into a reality.

So, choose your words wisely.
Speak righteousness, not fear.
Speak peace, not anxiety.
Speak health, not sickness.
Speak wealth, not lack.
Speak joy, not despair.

Today, make a conscious decision to speak the right words over your life.

Receive the grace to speak life giving words from today in Jesus name.
