One of the many reasons people get married wrongly is because of Pressure from parents, family and society. Once a lady clocked 25 years you will start hearing things like when are you bringing your husband. When are we meeting with Mr right. We can't wait to eat rice etc and this has pushed many Young ones into wrong marriage and marrying their enemy. I'm invited to speak on this Topic: Handing pressure to get married in a close WhatsApp group tonight and as I was preparing for the class my eyes was opened to a lot of things.
Please never let anyone pressure you into marriage. Marriage is a long journey and its not something one can rush into. Always pray to God to open your ears so that you can hear what he is telling you per time about your life journey and also pray to God to open your eyes so that you can see who your future spouse is at the right time. Remember God's timely is not same as our timely and God's timely is the best timely.

Don't bow to pressure.

Think about your unborn children before going into that relationship.

Someone shared with me some years ago about a couple that kept malice with each other for 7 years before the fight was settled. She said they both lived in the same house but lived as flatmates and not as husband and wife. I didn’t really believe her until I came across a post yesterday about a couple who have been keeping malice for 2 years and still counting.

Seriously, many people do not understand the word Marriage. When you’re married, you’re no longer two you’re now one with your spouse. So on earth, how can you choose not to talk to yourself? Seriously, how do you even sleep without talking to your spouse? This is so worrisome and disheartening. Keeping malice is not even a good thing, talk less of now keeping malice with your better half. Hmmmm!

Please, couples, learn how to talk about your issues and iron them out before daybreak. There is something my husband and I have been practicing in our close to 9 years of marriage, and it is that we don’t go to bed without settling our differences. Marriage is for two forgivers. Please always try to iron things out amicably, and if the matter is beyond the two of you, please talk to God and your marriage counselor about it.

Keeping malice with your spouse is one of the ways to open doors for the enemy to come in. The enemy will not have access into our homes, in Jesus name. Amen.

Seeing marriages blossom and children being raised in a Godly atmosphere is my utmost desire.

There are times when life’s challenges can make us think that God has forsaken us.
But I want to tell you that life’s challenges are part of what we experience on the way to the top.
There is no great man or woman without a story.
You are not forgotten by God. In fact, God is always by our side.
The rough journey is to make you stronger.
The challenges will soon be over. Just keep trusting God.
Keep trusting God, keep fighting, and keep drawing your strength from God.

I heard these words in my sleep one day: “The power of God is still as available as it was in the days of old, but we are the ones not serving God as they did back then.”

I pondered deeply on those words, and all I can say is that they are nothing but the truth.

We read about various miracles in Scripture. How the Lord parted the Red Sea. How He raised Lazarus after he had been dead for four days. How He fed thousands with just five loaves of bread and two fish. How He brought money from the mouth of a fish.

Mark 10:46-49, 51-52 NIV
Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus (which means “son of Timaeus”), was sitting by the roadside begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” So they called to the blind man, “Cheer up! On your feet! He’s calling you.”
“What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.” “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.

This account of how the Lord opened the eyes of the blind is just one of countless examples of the wonders of God.

I’m writing this to challenge your faith today: the power of God is still very much available to perform wonders.

What miracle are you trusting God for?
Be encouraged and let your faith be stirred up. If God did it before, He will do it again.

Your awaited miracle is here in Jesus name 🙏 Amen.
