Desperation includes the anxiety to be with someone, sometimes even being with ANYONE, even if they are not right for you. This could be the result of attachment issues from child hood, or working/living in toxic environments that leave you feeling like you are not accepted in the world. My word for the year is "FOCUS" which is defined as an act of directing one's attention or concentration on a specific task or objective🔥🔥

It is an important skill that allows a person to filter out distractions and stay on track✍️ Maintaining focus can lead to improved performance and increased satisfaction in various areas of life💡

To improve your focus this year: set clear goals, eliminate all distractions, take breaks, exercise and eat well, get enough sleep, and ensure to break your tasks into smaller chunks to help you stay on track✌️It's going to be a wonderful year for us🤩

Breaking up and letting go of someone you love is hard especially If you’ve been together for any length of time and you find yourself thinking you can’t live without them, a break-up can be devastating.
Love is wonderful and deeply rooted in us when we find the one we think we are meant to be with but it can be made troublesome when ties are broken and two people go their separate ways.
