Yesterday at First Baptist Church, Omoku, Rivers State, was indeed a beautiful and glorious celebration as we honored our mothers during our Mother’s Day 2026 Service themed: “My Mother, My Model” (1 Samuel 25:18-31).

It was a refreshing time in God’s presence filled with heartfelt worship, joyful thanksgiving, inspiring ministrations, and deep appreciation for the priceless roles mothers play in the family, church, and society.

We specially thank God for all our mothers whose love, sacrifices, prayers, strength, and godly examples continue to shape lives and generations for Christ. Truly, mothers are gifts from God and worthy of honor and celebration.

We appreciate everyone who participated, supported, and made the service a memorable one. Special thanks to our ministers, choir, women ministry, media team, and all members who contributed to the success of the celebration.

Our prayer is that the Lord will continually strengthen, preserve, bless, and reward all mothers abundantly in Jesus’ name. Amen.
