Theme: When All Hope Seems Lost
Texts: 2 Kings 4:18–26;
Life often presents moments when hope seems to disappear. There are seasons when dreams die, opportunities vanish, health fails, and human efforts prove insufficient. Yet, the Scriptures remind us that the God we serve is the God of the impossible.
In 2 Kings 4:18–26, the Shunammite woman watched her promised son die in her arms. Although her situation looked hopeless, she refused to surrender to despair. Instead of announcing defeat, she sought the prophet with unwavering faith. When Gehazi asked, "Is it well?" she answered, "It is well." Her confession was not based on what she saw but on her confidence in the God who never fails.
Whatever appears dead in your life today—a vision, a business, a ministry, a relationship, your health, or your finances—is not beyond God's reach. Do not allow fear, bad reports, or delays to silence your faith. Continue to trust Him, seek His presence, and declare His promises. The God who intervened for the Shunammite woman is still working today.
No matter how hopeless your situation appears, remember this truth: *when all hope seems lost, God still has the final say.*
We declare this morning
that every hopeless situation in our life shall receive divine intervention, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Every dream that appears dead shall come alive again by the resurrection power of God.
