Equipping Others for Servic
A church grows faster when leaders raise workers, not just followers.You can have many hands today, but if no one is trained, the work dies tomorrow ⏳.
Equipping others means training them, not just giving them instructions 📖 ...... give skills, build confidence, release them to work.
The goal is not to be the only one carrying the load.....it is to raise more carriers.Equipping is patient . You correct, encourage, and give room to grow 🌱. Service is not a few people job, Every hand matters in God’s house 👥.Your impact is measured by who can do it after you’re no longer there .
So today , let's come together to learn not just how to use people for service...... But build for service 🤝.
