There is power in the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is the only means through which we can be saved as believers.

Calling upon the name of Jesus is more than a habit or mere routine because there is power in the name.

Philippians 2:9-10
[9]Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

[10]That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

The name of Jesus saves and brings about possibilities far greater than our imaginations.

We must have faith in the name of Jesus to command the benefits that are attached to Him. Our worship, reverence and, prayers are very essential as we call on the name of Jesus. This is the only way we can get the full authority vested in the name, JESUS.

Shalom.

We have to go back to the basics and put God at the center of all our activities. We have to put away all other things that have kept us from worship and purpose of God for our lives.

Anything we have exalted above the service and knowledge of God, we have to put away. These without our knowing have become little gods and our attention to them comes in contrast to our worship of God.

Deuteronomy 6:5
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Our priority should always remain God. We have to put away all other matters of the world that has taken our attention.

Happy Sunday ❤️

Meditation is a necessary growth factor that many believer has failed to consider which has kept them on the same spot perpetually.

Joshua 1:8
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

The Scriptures that we read and study are made more effective through meditation. To study the Word is like taking in food and meditation is the process of breaking down the food that the body may find profiting.

Our interaction with the Word of God is not complete until we engage the process of meditation which equips us to apply the Word of God.

1 Timothy 4:15
Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.

Everyday, we take thoughts and the thoughts we consider are what determines the kind of person we become. When we take thought and meditate on the Word of God, we become more like Him and are able to do the things He can do. Selah

Happy Sunday ❤️

Every challenge and difficulty you experience are not always caused by the devil. Sometimes, they are orchestrations of God to bring His plan and purpose for our life to pass.

Joseph experienced persecution from his brothers and was sold to Egypt, he would have thought it was the devil fighting him but it was God's plan all along to send him ahead to Egypt

Psalms 105:16-19
[16]Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.
[17]He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:
[18]Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:
[19]Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.

We are supposed to endure the trials of the Word so that we can become a better version of ourselves and fulfill the purpose of God for our lives.

In these challenges the Word of God purifies us like gold passed through fire and without a doubt, the Lord is with us all step of the way.

The Lord has filled our mouths with laughter and our hearts with joy. We continually have cause to glorify His name because he never ceases to rain His blessings on us.

Lamentations 3:23
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
