Topic:My Cup Overflows

Text: psalm 23:1-6

Text: Book of Psalms
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” David reminds us that when God leads us, we lack nothing.

In verse 5, he says, “My cup overflows.” This speaks of God’s abundant blessings, favor, peace, and joy. God does not only provide enough — He gives more than enough. Even in the presence of difficulties and enemies, God prepares a table of victory and honor for His children.
An overflowing cup means a life filled with God’s goodness, mercy, and grace. When we trust Him completely, He refreshes our souls and blesses us beyond our expectations.

Lesson:
God’s blessings are not limited. Stay close to Him, and your life will overflow with His goodness.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for being my Shepherd. Fill my life with Your peace, favor, and abundant blessings. Let my cup overflow with joy, strength, and testimonies every day. Amen.

Topic: GET UP

Text: Book of Judges 7:13–23

“And it was so, when Gideon heard the telling of the dream, and the interpretation thereof, that he worshipped…” — Judges 7:15
Sometimes God allows us to hear just what we need to rise again. Gideon was afraid and uncertain, but when he heard the enemy speaking about the victory God had already planned, his faith came alive. Verse 15 shows a turning point: Gideon stopped doubting, worshipped God, and got up to lead.

When God speaks, fear must give way to action. Do not remain discouraged or defeated. Get up from fear, get up from delay, and get up from doubt. The same God who strengthened Gideon is able to strengthen you today. Your victory may be closer than you think.

Prayer:
Lord, help me rise above fear and trust Your word. Give me courage to move forward in faith and victory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Topic: Stand Firm
25th of may 2026

Text:Philippians 4:1–9
“Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord…” — Philippians 4:1

Paul encouraged believers to remain strong and unshaken in their walk with God. No matter the trials, temptations, or pressures around us, we must stand firm in faith, prayer, righteousness, and the peace of God.

Standing firm means trusting God completely and refusing to give up.

HlpoVerse 1 reminds us that our strength is found “in the Lord.” We cannot stand by our own power, but through Christ who strengthens us daily.

Lesson
A believer who stays focused on God, prays continually, and thinks on good things will remain steady even in difficult times.

Prayer:
Lord, help us to stand firm in You at all times. Strengthen our faith, guard our hearts with Your peace, and help us to remain faithful no matter the challenges we face. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

23rd of May 2026
Topic: Come out of him
Text: Mark 1:21-28

Jesus entered the synagogue and taught with authority. A man possessed by an unclean spirit cried out, but Jesus rebuked the spirit saying, “Come out of him!” Immediately, the spirit obeyed.
This passage reveals the power and authority of Jesus over every force of darkness.
Many people today are bound by fear, sin, anger, addiction, and spiritual oppression. But when Jesus speaks, every chain must break. The enemy cannot resist the command of Christ. One word from Jesus can bring freedom, peace, and restoration.

The people were amazed because Jesus did not speak like the scribes; He spoke with divine authority. As believers, we must trust the authority of Jesus in every situation of our lives. No problem is too strong for Him to handle.

Whenever Jesus enters a life, darkness must leave. Therefore, open your heart to Him today and allow His power to bring deliverance and transformation.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, speak into every area of my life and let every power contrary to Your will come out of me. Fill me with Your peace, holiness, and authority. Amen.

TODAY'S DAILY BREAD 🍞 19th of May 2026

Topic: Fall by the Sword
Text: Leviticus 26:1–9

God told the children of Israel that obedience would bring peace, victory, and fruitfulness, but disobedience would open the door to destruction and they would “fall by the sword.” The sword represents defeat, fear, and the consequences of turning away from God.

Today, many people fall spiritually because they neglect God’s word, compromise with sin, or trust in their own strength. But God’s desire is not destruction His desire is restoration and blessing. In verses 3–9, He promised that if His people walk in His statutes, He would give them peace, favor, and victory over their enemies.

This passage reminds us that safety is found in obedience to God. When we stay close to Him, He fights our battles and preserves our lives.

Prayer:
Lord, keep me walking in obedience to Your word. Let me not fall by the sword of sin, temptation, or destruction. Give me victory and peace through Christ. Amen.

Topic:Winds Against Us
Text: Acts 27:1–12

Paul and those traveling with him faced strong contrary winds on their journey to Rome. The wind slowed their progress and made the voyage difficult. In life also, there are seasons when everything seems to oppose us delays, disappointments, and struggles arise even when we are in God’s will.

Paul warned the people about the danger ahead, but they ignored the warning and continued the journey. Many times, God speaks through His Word, His Spirit, or wise counsel, yet people choose convenience over obedience. The result can bring unnecessary storms.

However, this passage reminds us that contrary winds do not mean God has abandoned us. Sometimes, God uses difficult seasons to teach patience, dependence, and faith. The same God who allowed the storm was able to preserve Paul and everyone on the ship.

When the winds are against you, do not lose heart. Stay sensitive to God’s voice, trust His direction, and remain steadfast. God is still in control of the journey.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to trust You when life becomes difficult. Give me wisdom to obey Your voice and strength to stand firm when the winds are against me. Amen.

On the 16th of may 2026

Topic:Blind From Birth

Text: The Gospel of John 9:1–12
A man who was blind from birth sat helpless by the roadside, but when Jesus saw him, everything changed. Many people looked at the blind man with judgment and questions, asking who had sinned. But Jesus looked at him with compassion and purpose. Sometimes people may focus on our weaknesses, failures, or delays, but God sees an opportunity to reveal His glory.

Jesus made clay, placed it on the man’s eyes, and told him to wash in the pool of Siloam. The man obeyed, and his sight was restored. His healing teaches us that obedience to God brings transformation. Even when we do not fully understand God’s process, we must trust His word.
The blind man’s condition did not stop God’s plan for his life. In the same way, no situation is too difficult for God to change. Jesus still opens blind eyes, restores hope, and gives new beginnings.

Jesus sees us even when others ignore us.
God can turn suffering into testimony.

Obedience to Christ brings healing and breakthrough.
Your present condition is not your final story.

Prayer
Lord Jesus, open my eyes to see Your purpose for my life. Turn every weakness and struggle into a testimony of Your glory. Help me to obey Your word completely and walk in Your light. Amen.

TODAYS DAILY BREAD

On the 15th of may 2026

Topic:Be Careful

Scripture Reading: 1 Corinthians 10:1–13

Paul warned the believers to be careful because many Israelites who experienced God’s power still fell into sin and disobedience. They saw miracles, passed through the sea, ate spiritual food, yet many of them displeased God because they became careless in their walk with Him.

As Christians, we must not rely only on past blessings, church activities, or spiritual gifts. We must daily examine our hearts and avoid temptation, pride, immorality, and complaining. Verse 12 says, “Let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.” This reminds us to stay humble and watchful.
God is faithful, and He will always provide a way of escape when temptation comes. Instead of giving in to sin, we should pray, obey God’s word, and depend on the Holy Spirit for strength.

Spiritual experience is not enough without obedience.
Pride can lead to downfall.
God always provides a way out of temptation.
Believers must stay watchful and prayerful.

Prayer
Lord, help me to be careful in my Christian walk. Keep me from temptation and give me strength to stand faithfully in Jesus’ name. Amen.
