*HON BRIAN ODEY JOINS DIGNITARIES TO CELEBRATE SENATOR JARIGBE AGOM JARIGBE AT 55 IN ABUJA*
The Member representing Yala I State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon Brian Odey, on Tuesday joined an array of distinguished personalities from across the country to celebrate the 55th birthday anniversary of Distinguished Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe.
The colourful celebration, which drew eminent figures from both the public and private sectors, held at the Transcorp Hilton Arena Event Centre, Abuja, and was marked by heartfelt tributes to the Senator’s service, leadership, and enduring impact.
Hon Odey, who also serves as the Chairman, House Committee on Public Accounts, was warmly received as he interacted with several high-ranking guests, including the Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Elvert Ayambem; the Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon Sylvester Agabi Jnr; and fellow lawmakers Hon Thomas Aruku and Hon Charles Omang.
Others present included the Vice Chairman of Yala LGA, Hon Godwin Odama; the Natural Leader of the North, High Chief Higgins Peters; Rt Hon Tom Agi; and many other prominent figures who turned out in honour of the celebrant.
Speaking at the event, Hon Brian Odey warmly felicitated with Senator Jarigbe, describing his 55th birthday as “a momentous milestone befitting a leader whose dedication to the welfare of his people remains unwavering.”
He added, “Distinguished Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe has consistently demonstrated courage, vision, and an uncommon commitment to public service. Today’s celebration is a reflection of the lives he has touched and the progress he continues to inspire. On behalf of the good people of Yala I State Constituency, I extend my heartfelt best wishes to him.”
Hon Odey further offered prayers for the Senator, saying, “May God grant him renewed strength, wisdom, and grace to continue his exemplary service to Cross River State and Nigeria. We pray that this new year of his life brings greater achievements, peace, and fulfilment.”
He concluded by commending the celebrant’s leadership strides, noting that Senator Jarigbe’s contributions to the development of Northern Cross River and the nation at large remain worthy of celebration.
The event ended with an atmosphere of goodwill, joy, and unity as guests took turns to extend their felicitations and prayers to the distinguished Senator.
