Growing up, we were taught that when get saved, we will need to walkout the salvation that we have been given... We grew up and at a point we started fighting that idea claiming that working out salvation is not labouring for salvation, as much as this is true, we should also know that God's salvation was not against our will... He saved us because we were willing and ready to be saved. So now that we are saved, we must willingly walk in he salvation we have received.
We labour to stay in it... We don't toy with it. We may make mistakes but it is never out of willingness to make that mistake. There is the work of God, there is the walk of the believer.
The song 'He leaves the 99' is supposed to be a song to remind us of what he did to find us and restore so that we may not get lost again, and if you as a sheep keeps straying over and over... You are a goat, You are not exposing only yourself to danger, you also expose others to danger too.
Stay in Christ...
Committing acts of sin is never Christlike... The work of Christ is to wash, clean and sanctify us. Our consecration is our walk in Christ.
He leaves the 99 truly to save that one, but if everyone keeps leaving everytime like you, how many sheep go remain. Learn to stay in the fold.
One Shepherd and father over all.
