Topic: FORGIVENESS

Memorize: Matthew 6:10
And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.

Text: Matthew 18:21-35

ELUCIDATION:
For every man to be free, we need to be forgiven. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." And to receive forgiveness, we need forgive others as well. When Jesus said "...up to seventy times seven" in Mathew 18:22 Jesus was telling Peter that he should count no charge against his brother no matter what. Perhaps, how is it possible for someone to cross his brother's path for 490 times a day? Jesus simply meant that in what way whatsoever his cross his path, he should not be offended. And if we all are also followers of Jesus Christ, we must learn to do the same. Learn to forgive others their trespasses that you also might be forgiven. "... And without shedding of blood there is no remission."Hebrews 9:22. So your sin cannot be forgiven if you do not forgive others wholeheartedly. May God give us the spirit of forgiveness that we may forgive others in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

THE END TIME
Read: Matt. 24:1-51
Nothing in this world exist for ever. There's an end to everything. And if it does, how bautiful will it be if you can give Jesus a chance in your heart today? The time is far spent. The second coming of Jesus Christ is nigh. Everything stated in the scripture that will happen in the end time is happening. Violence here and there. Abduction, both young and adult, war at every corner around the globe, and the likes. The present generation of ours is the most delicate ever. So many things that have never happened before is happening. And that is telling us that we are at the even time of this evil world. From the look of things, no one can be assured that there will be a positive change in the nearest future of this entire world. Brothers and sisters, moms and dads, it is high time to wake up unto righteousness. Give your life to Jesus now if you have not done so. Confess Him as your Lord and Savior. You never can tell what may happen in the next minute. If you're already saved, born again, hold on to your faith in Christ Jesus the son of God. This period of time is not for cracking jokes and riddles. It is to prepare for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. While will you be rejected, neglected, abandoned, cast away or waste away? Think about it today and ask God to sort it on your behalf. Be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.

Jesus is still calling you.
In Matt. 11:28 Jesus said: "come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Know that Jesus does whatever He says. He is ready to help you and give you rest but you need to move closer to Him. That's the only condition through which He will help you. He never asked you to bring a ram. Neither did He demanded for a ransom. All He is saying is "come to me." Why won't you give Him a chance today? He has authority and power that is greater than all other. He has been given a name that is above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11)
Come to Jesus today and He will save you. He saves.

Since you are still alive, it is never too late to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Accept Him today for morrow may be late. Procrastination of your salvation is dangerous. You never can tell what will happen in the next minute.
Listen friend, it doesn't cost you anything to give your life to Jesus. All you need to do is to open the door of your heart for him.
Jesus said: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me" (Rev. 3:20).
