قال شيخ الإسلام الحاج إبراهيم بن عبدالله انياس الكولخى فى رسالته الى الاخوان:
إثنين ليسا منى ولا من الطريق فى شىء مجذوب لم يسللك و ساللك لم يجذب إن بقيا على حالهما ووقفا على سيرهما و أنى شأنى كما علمتم من أراد أن يكون معى فى حالى فليسلك طريقى فى الاقوال و الافعال بامتثال الوامر واجتناب النواهى فى الظاهر والباطن و التعطش و التشوق الى الوصول إلى مرضاة الله و رسوله.
أما من ينتسب إلينا و يرتكب شيئا من مخالفة الشريعة المطهرة الشريفة باقتحام المحرمات و ترك المأمورات فأشهد الله وأشهدكم أنى بريء منه اللهم انى بريء إليك مما صنع هؤلاء
Sheikh Ibraheem bin Abdullah Niyas, said in his message to the brethren: Two people are not from me and not on the path in anything: one who is attracted (to spirituality) but does not walk the path, and one who walks the path but is not attracted. If they remain in their state and continue on their way... As for me, my situation is as you know it. Whoever wants to be with me in my state must follow my path in words and actions by obeying commands and avoiding prohibitions, both outwardly and inwardly, and yearning and longing to reach Allah's and His Messenger's pleasure. As for those who claim to be affiliated with us and yet commit something that contradicts the purified and noble Sharia by indulging in forbidden acts and neglecting obligatory ones, I call Allah and you to witness that I disown them. Oh Allah, I disown before You what these people have done.
1. Spiritual guidance: The Sheikh emphasizes the importance of following the path of spirituality with both attraction and action.
2. Adherence to Sharia: He stresses the need to obey Islamic law and avoid prohibited acts.
3. Disowning those who deviate: The Sheikh clearly states his disapproval of those who claim affiliation with him but violate Islamic principles.
