You shall emerge into new and profitable relationships
You shall emerge into new seasons of life
You shall emerge into new levels of productivity and new spheres of influence
You shall emerge into new phases of your destiny
You shall emerge into unending breakthroughs
You shall emerge into new and bigger opportunities for impact.

The hand of the Lord moves you from where you have always been to where you are destined to be.
The hand of the Lord breaks and removes every barrier that has inhibited your emergence into greatness and purpose fulfilment.

*STRATEGIC POSITIONING AND PRODUCTIVITY (17)*

*Dearly beloved, I bring you greetings of great joy this beautiful morning. It is such a beautiful morning and the possibilities of making or having great outcomes from today are enormous. I pray for you that you shall receive angelic visitations that will translate into joyful experiences. I also pray that the Lord shall bring beauty out of the ashes of this year for you. Receive joy unspeakable in Jesus mighty and victorious name!

*Our text this month is Matthew 5:13-16 and it reads thus: “Your lives are like salt among the people. But if you, like salt, become bland, how can your ‘saltiness’ be restored? Flavourless salt is good for nothing and will be thrown out and trampled on by others. “Your lives light up the world. For how can you hide a city that stands on a hilltop? And who would light a lamp and then hide it in an obscure place? Instead, it’s placed where everyone in the house can benefit from its light. 16 So don’t hide your light! Let it shine brightly before others, so that your commendable works will shine as light upon them, and then they will give their praise to your Father in heaven.” (TPT).

*We have established that the summary role of SALT as we have come to see is that it serves as a CATALYST and we defined a catalyst as a substance that enables a chemical reaction to proceed at a usually faster rate or under different conditions (as at a lower temperature) than otherwise possible, without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change. It is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action. My emphasis today is on “without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change.”

*This is such an incredible potential salt possesses; having the ability to cause change, yet itself remains unchanged. One would imagine that having the ability to cause change, it should lose its originality and capacity because other elements will affect its composition. But interestingly, it is not so. It remains strong, true, real and intact. God in His power and wisdom made it so.

*Do you know that as a believer in Christ, you possess the same capacity. You have been endowed with such incredible power by the Holy Spirit, such that you go into toxic places and cause change without yourself becoming toxic. You can go into polluted and corrupted places and come out without taking the form of such places. This is very possible.

*When God sent you on this mission to transform places in your world, He gave you His Holy Spirit as the seal to preserve the supernatural nature and deposit in you which makes this kind of change happen. He works in you to will and act according to God’s purpose and intent; not the intent and ideology of the world around you.

*No doubt, you are in the world but know that you are not of the world. You are not taking on the form of the word; rather the world is to take your form. You must live and work so deliberately and intelligently by the Spirit in order to actualize this experience. The world is peripheral to the believer and not the other way round. The change begins from within and then it spreads.

*There is a certain way the people around you behave. Please do not speak like them. Do not dress like them. Do not behave like them. Do not treat people like them. Do not handle or use resources and facilities like them. Do not use time like they do. Do not work like them. No! Never copy them. Do not make them your standard even though they look celebrated and accepted. It is temporal. Soon the tide will turn. You know what is right and this morning I say – just do it!

*I charge you beloved that you walk circumspectly, keeping your head up high above every system and source of influence that may want to corrupt the deposit of God in you. Trust God to help you avoid all sorts and be disciplined. Through God's grace, by yourself, work towards maintaining your nature and capacity to cause change without being changed yourself. The Lord shall help you to do so in Jesus name!

A PROPHETIC WORD FOR YOU THIS MONTH

*It is with great joy that I welcome you to the month of December 2021. By the mercies of God, we have spent 11 months this year and our testimony has been that the Lord has been faithful. If we have lost anything this year, God is the reason why we have not lost everything. We are grateful for the grace that has brought us this far and we believe that this great grace shall carry us till the end of the year and beyond in Jesus name!

*This month, you shall experience dynamic, drastic and definite turnarounds in all areas of your life. Whatever has been stagnant shall turn for your good. The Lord shall destroy every evil gang up against your life, your destiny and your family. You shall escape the grip of your detractors. The doors of death are shut against you. You shall not experience any form of death in Jesus name!

*This month, you shall experience expansion and extensive goodness. The Lord shall give you space to expand your tentacles in order to deepen your influence and impact. Whatever is the plan to extinguish your joy, the Lord shall frustrate it. You shall not go to extinction for whatever reason. The Lord shall endow you with great and mighty gifts.

*I also pray for you that the Lord shall grant you valuable connections to quarters that matter. You shall be firmly connected to the Lord and men whose life shall be a blessing to you. On a continuous basis, you shall be blessed. There shall be no negative contact for you. You shall not contact any disease or any form of contamination.

*This month, you shall experience an exponential increase in your harvest. Your expectations shall turn to glorious manifestations. There shall be no limitations for you whatsoever. In life and in destiny, you shall experience massive increase and abundance in all that you do in the name of Jesus!

*By the sure mercies of the Lord, I declare that you shall experience multiple fulfilments. The Lord shall grant you manifold grace. Your access to the grace for multiplication shall be unhindered. Whatever you do or lay your hands on for good, shall multiply by mercy.

*I also declare that in the name of the Lord Most High, you shall enjoy incredible blessings from the Lord. You shall experience blessings in cash and in kind, in bodily forms and in spiritual forms. The Lord shall bless you till overflowing and also make you a rich source of blessing to everyone around you.

*Beloved, I also pray for you this month that you shall enjoy ever-increasing glory and grace. The Lord shall endow you with His excelling and exceeding grace. You shall excel and exceed all expectations. I pray for you that you shall be exempted from every evil. Whatever strand of the corona virus is prevalent around you, you shall escape it. The grace of the Lord and His name shall be a covering for you.

*Finally, this month, I pray that you shall be remembered for good from different places. You shall experience abundant restoration of all you have lost -possessions, relationships, health, finances, advantages and every of God’s apportioned blessing for you. This month, there shall be special releases of all of God’s goodness and mercy. You shall be rich in all areas of life in the name of Jesus!

*Welcome to your month of Great Joy, Multiple Celebration, Divine Visitation, Multiple Fulfilment, Glorious Manifestation and every great spiritual significance of this season. The Lord shall ensure that this month ends for you on a glorious and joyous note. Whatever the year 2021 was destined to deliver to you shall surely be delivered in the name of Jesus Christ! Have a great month dearly beloved.

STRATEGIC POSITIONING AND PRODUCTIVITY (15)

*Its Friday again great people and by the integrity of the name of Jesus and the authority of His word, I declare you FAVOURED by all men, FRUITFUL in all matters, FAMOUS for good reasons, FREE from all troubles, FORTUNATE in all outcomes, FEARLESS in the face of challenges, and all your dreams FEASIBLE. In this life, things will happen for you and not to you. I ask that the Lord’s rich mercy shall rest and abide with you from now onwards in Jesus name!

*The summary role of SALT as we have come to see is that it serves as a CATALYST and we defined a catalyst as a substance that enables a chemical reaction to proceed at a usually faster rate or under different conditions (as at a lower temperature) than otherwise possible, without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change. It is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action. My emphasis today is on its power to cause as otherwise possible.

*It is interesting to note that salt has the potential to defy impossibilities. It has the might to break protocols, predictions and projections. This is really significant because within every system, there are trajectories, principalities and powers that sponsor and sustain impossibilities. Their presence within such a system renders it useless and unfruitful right from the very start. However, when salt is introduced, it breaks the odds and achieves great possibilities.

*As believers in Christ, we must daily be aware that we are fighting against principalities and powers that sponsor and sustain impossibilities. They make use of people to make a living out of the unfortunate trends of the system. They survive on grand conspiracies and the misfortune of people and systems. Their joy is to ensure that things do not work and, in some cases, they are bold enough to declare and state it to your knowledge.

*This is not a reason to be afraid, run away or resign to fate. No! you must not conclude that nothing good can happen there because you know that there are systems that sponsor impossibilities and that they are held bent on frustrating your efforts. If you do this, you have given them the right to fulfil their satanic agenda and this would be counterproductive to God's mandate of influence and dominion which you have received.

*What you have to do is to leverage on the grace of God and His support, as well as build a network of transformers like yourself as you desire and work together to achieve God’s purposes. One more time, I say, rise up. Step up. Do not give up or give in. Do not take 'no' for an answer. Ignore the stiffness of their attack and effort; they have reached their wits end. Defy all odds. There are great possibilities in there and you have what it takes by God, to make them evident.

*It is my earnest prayer for you that you shall be stronger than your enemies. You shall not be broken or bent over by them. The Lord shall engrace you and increase your capacity to unlock possibilities. Every long standing record of impossibility before you begins to give way today. I ask that the Lord shall destroy the influence of every person, powers and principalities that thrive on continued impossibilities. I declare that a new dawn opens up for you, your family, your organization, your community, your ministry and our nation at large in Jesus name!

STRATEGIC POSITIONING AND PRODUCTIVITY (14)

*Beloved, this morning, I rise by grace to declare to you that the best of this year is not only possible but it is your portion. God has programmed you for the best of this year and by the election of grace and mercy, you shall not miss it. Even though we are in November, you shall surely take delivery of it before this year runs out. The confidence I have to declare this to you is because I know that the best of God is always in the future and because every day you have the privilege to see is the future for you. I declare that your future is ever-bright, ever-great and ever-glorious in the name of Jesus!

*We have concluded that the summary role of SALT is that it serves as a CATALYST and we defined a catalyst as a substance that enables a chemical reaction to proceed at a usually faster rate or under different conditions (as at a lower temperature) than otherwise possible, without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change. It is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action. My emphasis today is that the CATALYST HAS THE CAPACITY TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN NOT ONLY FASTER BUT ALSO UNDER DIFFERENT CONDITIONS.

*What this means for us is that the kind of situation or condition around us has little or nothing to do with the impact of the catalyst. Situations do not have the power to repel, neglect or ignore the effect of a catalyst. They submit to it. Whether in favourable or unfavourable conditions, the catalyst’s power and function of a catalyst is not affected or inhibited. It is goal and result oriented to make things happen and that is what it constantly does. Nothing can contest or reject its influence because it is designed to triumph or prevail.

*In the same manner, believers in Christ have been configured by grace through faith in Christ Jesus to have impact and exercise influence over different situations and still achieve results in the order of the mandate of God for them. No believer in Christ is to be defeated or frustrated by the vicissitudes of life. No! Never! Believers are empowered to make a difference in every situation. This is why we do not run when the heat is much or the rage is tough.

*We are operating on a different scale of impact and potency to orchestrate transformation and add value even in seemingly impossible situations. For a believer, there are no toxic workplaces. We are configured to detoxify toxic places by graceful work, vision, strategy, unity, dedication, networking, hard work and other Biblical values that inspire our work. Even if men threaten or vow to frustrate our efforts, we are not moved because we know we have God’s backing and empowerment to transform such places.

*A case in sight is the experience of Daniel in the Babylonian empire. The system of government available then was nothing less than a toxic environment. On a daily basis, it became evident that the other governors never wanted his success, neither the transformation of the kingdom. But Daniel, on a divine mandate, was prepared to break through that system and the Lord helped him till his adversaries were consumed in their wicked scheme.

*Can this be you, currently working in a place that many people including yourself have termed toxic, unfortunate, unproductive and unfavourable. Let me tell you this morning that like Esther, God sent you there for such a time as these. Rise to the occasion and determine in your heart never to give up or give in. Decide that this is going to be an opportunity to win in this situation, add value and ultimately glorify God. Your access to victory in such places is in the state of your mind and your decision to leverage on the spiritual systems of advantage we have in Christ.

*Upon your acceptance of this truth and your decision to make a difference notwithstanding the situation you are in, I join my faith with yours to pray that you shall experience supernatural help to break through, affect and transform every toxic work system you are currently situated in. You shall not be frustrated. The detractors shall be overpowered. I pray that you receive grace to make an impact and that same grace shall create a space for you among the power brokers in that system. You shall be a voice for God there and achieve kingdom expansion to God’s glory in Jesus name!

*A very good morning to you dearly beloved and trust your night was peaceful. Your day is blessed much more than ever before and your place among the great is secured. Today I pray for you that in that name of Jesus, go and:
W- make WEALTH
E- function EXCELLENTLY
D- make meaningful DECISIONS
N- build productive NETWORKS
E- live an EAGLE-patterned life
S- enjoy SUPERNATURAL SUPPORT
D- impact other DESTINIES
A- achieve your ASPIRATIONS
Y - outlive YESTERDAY'S successes and failures and reach out for today's opportunities

*Our text this month is Matthew 5:13-16 and it reads thus: “Your lives are like salt among the people. But if you, like salt, become bland, how can your ‘saltiness’ be restored? *If you carefully observe, you will realize that in the last seven or eight episodes, I have been explaining the functions of salt and drawing workplace implications for God’s people as change agents. I have received several feedbacks to the effect that these teachings have added great value to individuals, families and organizations. This, to me brings joy but much more, I am grateful to God for the inspiration and depth of insight to have put these lines together. My prayer is that more lives shall be touched and shaped by these values (Amen).

*The summary of the functions of salt and its implication for believers in the marketplace is that salt is a CATALYST. A catalyst is defined as a substance that enables a chemical reaction to proceed at a usually faster rate or under different conditions (as at a lower temperature) than otherwise possible, without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change. It is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action.

*In leadership and human development, a catalyst is a person or thing acting as the stimulus in bringing about or hastening a desired positive result. He or she is one that precipitates a process or event, especially without being involved in or changed by the consequences. However, the chemist’s definition stands out for me and it notes that a catalyst is a substance, usually used in small amounts relative to the reactants, that modifies and increases the rate of a reaction without being consumed in the process.

*I shall take out time between today and Friday to share on these notes above. In the same manner that salt acting as a catalyst enables a reaction to proceed at a faster rate, believers must maximize the grace of God upon them to hasten the attainment of set goals around them. They must make things happen quickly. Romans 8: 19 tells us that "the earnest of creation is awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God." This wait will continue if the sons of God do not rise up to catalyse the situations they are called out for.

*We cannot continue to wait till forever before certain things begin to happen in individual lives, families, politics, governance, economy, infrastructure and other ramifications of human endeavour. The time to make them happen is now and believers must take responsibility. The days should go when God’s people postpone or hide their impact, capacity and value. We are in the days to unlock it and make it known. We are in the days where if we take more time than we have done, things will go worse.

*The evidence of this mandate to make things happen quickly is to meet deadlines, quickly solve problems, respond to emergencies, envision the future and position to make it happen, make best decisions based on intelligence and capacity, putting an end to mediocrity and many more. There are things that were supposed to have happened a long time ago but because no one has taken responsibility hitherto, it has remained undone. But now is the time to get it done.

*I charge you today to rise now and make things happen. Rise now and make it count for God that at a time such as these, a man rose to make a difference. A man rose to make things happen quickly; a man rose to put an end to delay and slow pace movement towards God’s destiny for His people. Whatever needs to happen in and around you, please rise to the occasion and make it happen quickly and indeed NOW! May the Lord empower you and defend you as you champion a cause for transformation in Jesus name!

STRATEGIC POSITIONING AND PRODUCTIVITY (12)

*Good morning beloved. I believe your night was restful and refreshing. Scripture says, weeping may(has) endured for a night but joy comes in the morning. I do not know how you spent your night indeed but I have good news for you and it is that your joy comes this morning. Sorrow vanishes from you, pain travels far from you and never to return again. There shall be no loss whatsoever in your camp. The grace of God engenders total recovery of all that is required for your fulfilment and impact in Jesus name!

*Our text this month is Matthew 5:13-16 and it reads thus: “Your lives are like salt among the people. But if you, like salt, become bland, how can your ‘saltiness’ be restored? Flavourless salt is good for nothing and will be thrown out and trampled on by others. “Your lives light up the world. For how can you hide a city that stands on a hilltop? And who would light a lamp and then hide it in an obscure place? Instead, it’s placed where everyone in the house can benefit from its light. 16 So don’t hide your light! *Another important role salt plays is that it ENHANCES THE COLOUR of a substance. This means that it improves the quality of colours inherent in the substance. It also adds value to the colour. This presupposes that such a substance has colour in it prior the introduction of salt but much more than having colour, it has the possibilities to be better than its previous state. The inclusion of salt therefore makes the difference by activating the potentials to be more colourful. It unlocks the hidden beauty such substance carries because colour speaks of beauty, value and greatness.

*The implication of this is that every institutional system and structure or organization where believers find themselves has inherent potentials of beauty, impact and dynamism but it has to be activated by the one whom God has sent in there to make that happen - you. It then becomes the role of the believer in Christ to unravel these hidden treasures of greatness and beauty. Believers are called to make happen, what ordinarily cannot make itself happen or others can not make happen.

*By our thoughts, words, actions and our impact, it is expected that the possibilities in and around us should be unlocked. I therefore charge you to take it upon yourself deliberately to bring out the best in the places where you work. Believe me sincerely, it is not everything that is bad about the system where you work. There are many good things in there that can displace that bad record but you must find them and begin to make them known.

*What products, services, strategies, values, relationships, personalities carry the beauty of your organization? Begin to showcase them. Give them more rooms for expression and encourage them to step up to their next levels. That is how to enhance colour. Task people to do more than they have been doing. If you have young people in your organization, encourage them to be well behaved and do their best. Let the hardworking and productive staff not be hidden at a corner or transferred to the hinterland. Put them at the front.

*I pray for you this morning that the beauty of Jesus and the difference He makes in and through the life of a man shall begin to find expression in and through you. May your best gifts, talents, skills, products and services begin to find expression. May your glory and that of your organization be revealed. May you come out of your hiding place. May you have room to stand before kings and make God known. I pray that you henceforth begin to add greater value to human life, systems and structures in Jesus mighty name!

STRATEGIC POSITIONING AND PRODUCTIVITY (11)

*This morning, I have received the grace from God to speak a blessing over your life. I declare that you are blessed, favoured, helped, assisted, supported, elevated, preserved, rescued, distinguished, decorated, anointed, defended and you experience all manners of spiritual advantages of what God can do. This week, nothing is permitted to die in your hand. Your joy knows no bounds and your heart is filled with rejoicing. Every door shut against you before now is commanded to open on their own accord in Jesus name!

*Our text this month is Matthew 5:13-16 and it reads thus: “Your lives are like salt among the people. But if you, like salt, become bland, how can your ‘saltiness’ be restored? *Again today, we realize that another function of salt is that it BINDS together all elements of a substance. It is a binding force, holding everything in their sure place. Salt is not a divider or disintegrator. NO! It brings together as a unifier; in fact, it can be called the rallying point for every constituent element. This is very crucial in measuring the success of anything as well as its relevance.

*Success and fulfilment are a product of unified effort, bringing every sphere of life into its right perspective. A man is said to be successful and fulfilled when everything about his life is in place. This is also true of an organization or an institution. An organization cannot be described as a successful one if the workers within the system are divided against themselves. Each and everyone of them must be at one.

*The interesting thing about unity, synergy and togetherness is that they never come about by accident. They happen or are experienced by the intentional effort of one man taking initiative to bring everyone together. This is achieved through peaceful living, vision sharing, delegation of duties, humility, respect for every individual and most importantly, genuine love for one another. What this means for you and me is that as we continually express our influence and maximize its advantages, we must play this role of salt – bringing everyone together.

*We must all become the rallying point in our organizations and the various systems and structures wherein we are located. We must promote peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, love, humility and every other value and attitude that makes people live together in peace, harmony and unity. This must be intentionally sought after because God commands His blessings when there is unity and harmony (Psalms 133:3)

*The advantage of strategic positioning and productivity can only be experienced when men are united in purpose, united at heart, united in pursuit and united in every respect. I therefore commend you to the mighty hand of the Lord and the word of His grace that in all things, you find it a thing of profit to God’s kingdom, to live in peace with all men as you bind them together in love and purpose to achieve every set goal and experience great exponential increase in your organizations in Jesus name!
