• Sight is important for an accurate christian experience.

• Many people have come to know different expressions of Jesus. Some only see him as Provider, Healer or even Helper, and not their Lord.

• If you are looking only at His expressions and not His Lordship, you have an inaccurate view of Him. (Act 2:36, Rom 10:9). The goal of looking unto Jesus is to become like Christ.

• Many times, we look and depend on Jesus for many things, but is Jesus Lord over your life? Jesus being Lord over you means that He must be obeyed, totally not partially.

• You are to look at Jesus mindfully, expectantly, and believing that He is Lord.
