A SPEECH PRESENTED BY MUSA OJOMULU FAVOUR,
THE OUTGOING PRESENT OF THE FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN STUDENTS (F.C.S) ANKPA SUB-ZONE (JOINT) ON THE OCCASION OF HER SENTFORTH/INUAGURATION CEREMONY

Distinguish ladies and gentlemen
With deep sense of humility and gratitude, I am grateful to the Almighty God who has granted the rare privilege to serve and take care of his vineyard for his session may his name alone be glorified (Amen). Also to the outgoing Excos who by work and effort have contributed to the growth of the fellowship, your work will never be in vain. May the Omnipotent God reward you greatly in Jesus name (Amen).
My greetings goes to all the Zonal Excos who God has chosen to bring and build up the younger ones, in Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro, may the Almighty God reward them. Your efforts and works will never be in vain in the fellowship as your years increase so be your strength in Jesus name (Amen). I will never forget the effort of the Senior friend only God in heaven will reward you all.
In the year 2025 I was inaugurated as the president to take up mantle of leadership and responsibility from my predecessor BRO. DANIEL SAMUEL and today by his grace I am successfully handing over.
I was confused within my hearth the day I was called forth as the Fellowship president, telling God how weak and unworthy I am without him, today I am standing boldly to testify his goodness that he is a true unfailing God, may He who showed us mercy help you. Glory honour and adoration be to his name forever in Jesus name (Amen).
TESTIMONIES:
By the special grace of God, we have been able to minister to souls of which some are here present today.
Our members have been in unbreakable unity
No soul of F.C.S member was lost
The Zonal Conference and students was successful
F.C.S in some of our villages were awake and strengthen
Our encounter and relationship with God was uncommon
CHALLENGES:
Some of our Challenges
1. Lack of finance to meet our need in the fellowship
2. Little population during the joint fellowship the to some schools not taking it serious
3. Schools not paying dues in the fellowship
4. Joint excos facing tough time from some school's patron/matron
ADVICE TO THE OUTGOING EXCOS/MEMBERS
In this similar occasion last year, we were all inaugurated as the fellowship Excos and today we are handing over. As we are about stepping to the world, I urge us to remain in God, nothing can be achieved in life without Him (God). Ma it not be heard that "we were once in God" so please let our passion, hunger and our love for him grow every time and daily. Run the race with perseverance.
I pray God will show us himself while we are young to know more of him in Jesus name (Amen).
ADVICE TO THE INCOMING EXCOS:
LEADERSHIP is neither by right nor merit, but a servant good and responsibility call.
I urge you all to give and live your life to the Holy Spirit direction, so that god's work will be easy and on the last day you will be crowded.
I advice you to be united in this ministerial work, to enable you build successfully on the legacy of your predecessors.
APPRECIATION:
My sincere gratitude goes to God Almighty for his faithfulness and for empowering us even while we are weak to do his work.
To my beloved parents Mr/Mrs Enoch Musa for their endless prayers and support. Uncle Shedrach Labija for always following up.
All ministers present, everyone also our guest speaker and of course the pastor of this auditorium Pastor Friday Ichaba to all the AFCS Association, I acknowledge your effort. May god bless you all (Amen).
