This is to formally invite your section to our Area meeting that is schedule as follows.

NOTE: there will be an Exco/Executive meeting for all area executive, sectional president and secretary dated as follows:

Time: 11:30 am
Come on time! No Africa time! Late coming attract a fine of #50
*All sectional executive must be present with (5) five members from each section and they must be on their school uniform or Y.C.S Uniform
*Termly dues for all senior section is seven hundred and fifty naira ( #750) only. T.Y.C.S is two thousand naira ( #2000) only. While junior section is three hundred and fifty naira ( #350) only. Please endeavor to pay your sectional due at this meeting
*2018 convention fees:
In-students= # 2000
Ex-students= #2500
Please note that transportation fees and other Charges will be added to it if necessary.
*All section are to strat paying their section levels
