I went to church upper Sunday just like all of you did. Everything was going well until the pastor stepped on the pulpit to preach. He started emphasising the importance of evangelism. What broke the straw of the camel was when he gave us a challenge. He said anyone who won a soul for Christ before the next week would get ten thousand naira;💸 two souls - twenty thousand naira. 💸💸

I could see smile 😀 and happiness 🤗 on people's faces. Those people that had never gone for evangelism before swore that they were going to preach to someone.
Well, the service ended and i rushed to my house happily. When i got to my compound, I did a quick survey of all my neighbors who had not given their lives to Jesus.
Before Tuesday, I had succeeded in winning four souls for Christ. I was happy, i already had plans for what i would use my forty thousand naira💸💸💸💸 to do when i get it.
Every Wednesdays, there was Bible study in my church, so, I took my four converts to the church thirty minutes before the Bible study would start.

When we got to church compound, I was shocked.
A lot of bikes and cars were packed in front of the church.
"Is there a revival program in your church", One of my converts asked.
" No", I replied.
More shock awaited for us when we got inside the church.
The highest population we ever had in my church was 56 people, that day we had close to 400 people in the church.
Church members that had never come for Bible study before came to church that day.

Sister Mary, the choir leader, won ten souls.
Sister Hannah who has always been a quiet member won twenty souls.
I thought i had seen it all until brother Paul came to church with a big bus filled with people 😂🤭. Brother Paul brought hundred people expecting 1 million naira.💰💸

Finally, the pastor entered the church. It was a new Pastor, the Old one has been transferred.

Ahhhh😮😮 " i shouted

Me on the other hand I had no idea of what happen, all i know is that i meet myself in ward 44 on a bed.🛌🛋

WISDOM FOR INVENTION. Read 1 Corinthian's 1:24

Christ is the power and the wisdom of God and Christ in you the hope of glory. It follows therefore that the power and wisdom of God is in you. What ever power acquires, it takes wisdom to establish it. Without wisdom the achievement of power will evaporate.

In Isaiah 33. 6 the Bible says that wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation. the fear of the Lord is his treasure.

Wisdom is the stabilizer of success, marriage, destiny, vision, breakthrough, prosperity etc. A business that is not doing well lacks wisdom. So also is marriage full of ups and downs. I prophecy to you today that the wisdom you need to shine like a star is coming your way in Jesus name.

Creative thinking is the mystery behind supernatural lifting. God is a thinking God. He says come let us reason together. He also said "for I know the thoughts that i think towards you,said the lord, thoughts if peace and not of evil to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11

At new birth, you received the mind of Christ. Your mind is upgraded and you have the capacity to think in the class of God. You have the creators mind to create things on the earth. If God is going to lift you up supernaturally, you must engage your mind in creative thinking.

It takes wisdom to make anything shine. I see you shining in Jesus name. Amen. The word of God is the bank of wisdom. Wisdom is better than rubies and the things that may be desired cannot be compared to it.

Proverbs 8 :12. 1 wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. Every event is a by product of inventions of men. Your life therefore must be "eventful". You must be an "inventor " for the capacity to be an inventor is in your inside.

Make this declarations today. I have the mind of Christ. I have the Creators mind. GETTING RID OF BLESSING'S BLOCKERS. Read 1 Chronicles 4:9.

The birth of Jabez was characterized by so many events that brought sorrow to his mother, so she called him sorrow. In other words she said his destiny shall be sorrowful. The mother gave him that name not according to the destiny God had for him but according to th circumstances she found herself. Whether you know it or not God had a plan,a dream, a mission for Jabez but his mother interrupted Gods programme and gave Jabez a different destiny.

I prophecy to you today that any destiny that is programmed for your life shall find expression and I up root every destiny of sorrow in Jesu's name.

Some people have defined their life because of the circumstances they have found themselves. Your circumstances are not a description of God's purpose for your life. Your circumstances must have been messed up by the devil but God has a way of making things good.

Jabez called on the God of Isreal to bless him and God bless him and overruled his mother(v.10). You shall reinvent your family history. Your dream shall become a reality. If you are business man/woman, you would do business beyond anybody in your family. If you are a student, you shall excel, you will touch your world. You will rule in your generation. I break the box of everything limiting you. I break every barrier and I cancel every limitations in Jesus name.

When a man is blessed, his coast enlarges. I prophecy to you today by the favour and grace of God that every limitation is terminated. Your business is enlarged, your dream is enlarged.

Jabez requested and God granted his request, if that is your prayer today it is granted. Your coast is enlarged.

You will not see evil. The hand of God will be upon your life. Every evil plan for your life and destiny is turned into good now in Jesus precious name Amen.

Our Greatest Need

God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it. John 3:17 (TLB)

You can put a public school and university in the middle of every block of every city in Nigeria—but you will never keep Nigeria from rotting morally by mere intellectual education. Education cannot be properly called education which neglects the most important parts of man’s nature. Partial education throughout the world is far worse than none at all if we educate the mind but not the soul. To think of civilizing men without converting them to Christ is about as wise as to think about transforming wolves into lambs merely by washing them and putting on them a fleece of wool. “Happy are the merciful; for they shall obtain mercy.” The mercy the world needs is the grace, love, and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is His transforming and regenerating power that the world needs more than anything else.

Merciful Lord, may my life be filled with Your outflowing love for others.

TRADITION VERSUS TRUTH

READ GENESIS 48–50

Joseph expected his dying father to speak blessings over his firstborn. He was appalled, however, when Jacob ignored generations of tradition to bless his youngest instead.

When Joseph saw his father placing his right hand on Ephraim’s head he was displeased; so he took hold of his father’s hand to move it from Ephraim’s head to Manasseh’s head (Genesis 48:17).

Translation: “Dad, that’s not how things are done.” But Jacob spoke for God, not tradition.

Over the centuries, people have attempted to put Biblical wisdom into practice by “doing church” in ways that seemed to work well, and many of those practices have turned into long-standing traditions. But when those extra-Biblical traditions become more important than the reason they were established in the first place, they build a wall between people and God. It is vital that you keep your eyes on Jesus, not on the man-made traditions created to point to Him.

Challenge for Today: Examine your daily spiritual routines to discern which ones you perform out of habit and which actually make you more like Jesus.
