Some people will be surprised on a particular day that's coming; you know the way many of us pray in the Holy Ghost but consecration has been difficult for you, or maybe you've decided with our village people that it's not for you, you want to say what you feel like and act how you feel like and dress the way you feel like, you're not possessed, you are genuinely born again, it's just flesh so let's address it. I'll be as short as I can:
You know how the end point of our Christian experience is to come into utter conformity to the Christ. The Bible said in 2 Corint. 1:22 that Christ hath sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts, 2 Corint. 5:5 that God has wrought us and has given into us the earnest of the Spirit and Eph. 1:13-14 (read for yourself). The word I want to point out is . Earnest is gotten from the Hebrew word (pronounced as "ar-hrab-ohn") which means down payment made for a transaction that will be forefitted if the transaction isn't completed.
Now let's place things side by side, Christ purchased you and payed the Holy Spirit as down payment for your becoming like him (the transaction), but if at the day appointed to receive the goods, the transaction isn't completed, you know the rest from this side via earnest.
I speak not as one who has attained but as a brethren crying that we should all strive for excellence; tell the Holy Spirit to help you, his job is to help you conform to Christ. Tell him to screen your heart and help you with your limitations; you're not a bad person, you've just not submitted that part of your life to him.
