We had an awesome time in God's presence this Sunday.
We learnt _How to build mental toughness_

That mental toughness means the ability to fight back from defeats
We learnt that being down is not failure but remaining or staying down is failure and no matter what you go through don't let your faith fail if your faith doesn't fail then your future will not fail

Mental toughness is developed through righteousness

Mental toughness is developed through spiritual brainwashing that even in the storm or a bad situation your faith in God doesn't shake
