*THE SUMMARY OF THE EMERGENCY MEETING HELD ON 10TH SEPTEMBER IN PREPARATION FOR THE RETREAT*
1. I was concluded that all the deaneries should submit their #50,000 a week or two weeks before the retreat.
2. The president advised every grown ups to monitor their kids during the retreat to avoid history.
3. We were also advised to collect money as a grown ups from children who can't handle the money, to avoid loss and squandering
4. We were told to come on time and register our deaneries.
5. Registration amount were grouped according to grades
Individually - ₦500

6. Please also indicate if you are an instrumentalist, if you can play any instruments.
7. Remember to come with all cold clothing equipments, like; Mat, sweater, hand gloves, socks, blankets, wrapper etc
8. Also remember to come with your bathing and brushing equipments; buckets, soap, sponge, brush, toothpaste etc
9. You are not permitted to come with anything like food except for garri, sugar, groundnut and milk 😂
10. While coming to this year retreat, train your children to have an aim and a prayer point.
11. Advice your parishioners that they are leaving their comfort zone, so that they would be mindful of the possible from the brigadiers..
12. Also advice your parishioners on how to move about, most especially to move in pairs
13. The parish leaders should use this opportunity to recruit individuals who will help to spread what they have learnt after the retreat
14. Remember to dress decently during the retreat and if possible as a rosarian , continue also after the retreat
15. You are to wear your parish, deanery or diocesan uniform on Saturday in anticipation for the coming of the bishop
16. The meeting of the patrons and the patronesses should be handled by the deanery executives, if your deanery patrons haven't met with the diocesan executive or the retreat planning committee.. Maka ndi ndi diocesan body 😂😊
