1. WHO IS THE HOLY GHOST?
He is the Spirit of God
He is our Comforter and Helper
He teaches and guides believers

He empowers believers for service

2. THE HOLY GHOST WITHIN VS THE HOLY GHOST UPON

THE HOLY GHOST WITHIN
• Received at salvation
• Produces spiritual life
• Brings conviction and transformation

• Received through Holy Ghost baptism
• Produces power for service
• Gives boldness and spiritual gifts

Without the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, Christian growth and service will be limited. Therefore every believer should desire, receive and continually walk in the fullness of the Holy Ghost.
