Theme: Prophetic Survey Lines
October 2, 2016.
Psalms 16:5-6
“The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.”
Acts 20:32(study)
The Bible says in Psalms 16:5-6 “The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.” The lines being spoken of here are prophetic survey lines thrown by your Pastor as the Word is taught to apportion to you your inheritance. The Bible talks about rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). Speaking God’s Word to the end that God’s people might find and receive their inheritance, is what it means to rightly divide the Word of truth. Through the teaching and preaching of God’s Word, the prophetic lines of survey fall upon pleasant places for you, to give you your inheritance.
Hebrews 11:3 tells us that the worlds were framed by the Word of God so that the things which are seen were not made out of things which do appear. That means that physical blessings are not made of physical things; they are made of the Word – prophetic utterances! As the Word is taught and pronounced to you, the realities of it are made manifest right before your very eyes, providing all the good things that it promises.
When you come to Church, look out for the Word. Look out for prophetic utterances from your Pastor that’ll catapult you to the next level, that’ll create the desires and expectations of your heart. It doesn’t matter what you require, the Word will create it and cause it to leap into being for you. It may be a job, a car, a house, a family, a baby, a career, a ministry, or your next level. God’s prophetic Word is able and good to give you an inheritance. In church, inheritances are shared by the spoken Word.
My Solid Front (Confession): I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ, that I do not struggle to make progress or to advance; I move forward by prophetic words. Amen.
