If you do not understand the rights, authority, and privileges that are yours in Christ Jesus, the enemy will constantly take advantage of your ignorance and keep you living below God’s purpose for your life. Many believers are not defeated because God has abandoned them, but because they are unaware of what He has already made available to them through Christ.

When you do not know what your Heavenly Father has spoken concerning you in His Word, it becomes easy to believe the lies, fear, doubts, and accusations of the devil. You may begin to see yourself as weak, rejected, defeated, or abandoned, even when God has called you chosen, victorious, loved, and empowered.

When you know who you are in Christ, no lie of the enemy will be strong enough to shake your faith.

A Legacy of Grace! A Journey of Impact! A Celebration of God's Faithfulness!

Join us as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of The Jesus Is Lord Foundation International and the 46th Year of Heeding the Divine Call of our Father, Rev. (Dr.) Francis Olonade.

In church today, we sat at the Father’s feet and received powerful truths from God’s Word. It was a timely reminder that the Word of God is not ordinary, it is eternal, unshakable, and carries the very seal of God Himself. “The scripture cannot be broken.” When God speaks, His Word stands forever.

We also learnt that the Word of God hidden in your heart alone is not enough until it is spoken with faith and confidence. There is power in declaring what God has said concerning your life. As believers, we must learn to speak wisely, boldly, and in alignment with God’s truth.

Another major lesson was to take your stand in God. Life will always bring storms, challenges, and difficult seasons because storms are natural and common to humanity. But no matter the situation, we must remain steadfast, trusting that God is greater than every battle we face.

We were encouraged to look beyond our present circumstances. Where you are now is not the end of your story. God has prepared greater things ahead, but faith requires vision beyond the current moment.

The message also challenged us to stop talking endlessly and start taking steps. Faith is not passive. At some point, you must rise, act, move, and do something about your situation. Complaining changes nothing, but purposeful action backed by faith produces results.

We were reminded to wake up, face life with courage, and take responsibility. No one else can fight certain battles for you. Through God’s strength, we must take control of the situations around us instead of allowing situations to control us.

Above all, we learnt never to joke with the Word of God. God’s Word is life, direction, wisdom, and power. Those who honour it will always find strength to overcome life’s challenges and walk in victory.

Indeed, today’s teaching was a call to deeper faith, bold action, spiritual confidence, and unwavering trust in God.

In church today, we were richly nourished from God’s table and refreshed from His living cistern as we listened to a life-transforming message titled: “One Encounter for a Lifetime Change.”

We were reminded that a single divine encounter can completely rewrite a person’s story, turning struggles into testimonies and impossibilities into realities. Truly, when God steps into a situation, everything changes.

We learnt that encounters with God become necessary when:
- We desire results beyond human ability and natural capacity;
- We face situations that have defied human wisdom, effort, and solutions;
- We seek a permanent turnaround rather than temporary relief;
- We hunger for direction, restoration, healing, and transformation.

The message stirred our hearts to understand that greatness is often born out of genuine encounters with God. One touch from Him can break limitations, restore hope, and open doors no man can shut.

May we not miss the encounter that will change our lives forever. May God grant us divine visitation that will bring lasting transformation to our homes, careers, health, and destinies.

Indeed, one encounter with God is enough for a lifetime change.
