With all due respect my brothers and sisters, after taking my time to read some writeups I noticed that some how, people have been misinformed. First of all let me start with the fact that most people don't know when a day starts, that's also a misconception that have held down people in this faith for years. A day starts in morning and ends in the evening, the night starts from the evening until the morning. Let's see some scriptures that will help you see clearly and correct that misconception.
Genesis 1:16-18 And Yahweh made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
And Yahweh set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and Yahweh saw that it was good.
From the above scripture it is very clear that it wasn't on the 4th day that Yahweh made the Two great lights. The simple truth is that if you say it was on the 4th day, then where did the light that came at the beginning went to? Or was it only the Sun that Yahweh created in the beginning. There was total Darkness before Father Yahweh illuminated the light, and as you now these two light moves together to give you accurate time, one cannot start on the first day and the other start on the 4th day. That means that time stood still until the 4th day. The Sun and the moon were both created at the beginning, but it was on the 4th day that Yahweh ordained them their jurisdictions of service. He made means past tense, so it's wrong to think that new moon was created on the 4th day, that's wrong. As you know that the earth was already under the water, that Yahweh asked the earth to come out if the waters, that was not the day that He made the earth, the earth was already made but it was void and without form and was covered with water, until Yahweh separated the earth from the waters, so that was not the day that Yahweh created the earth, rather that was the way that He separated them. All the trees were already inside the earth, and Yahweh commended the trees and the green herbs to come out of the earth. That was not the day they were created rather that was the day they were asked to come forth. So the Moon was not created on the 4th day, it was there from the beginning, it was only given a it's jurisdiction on the 4th day.
Psalms 104:19
He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down. As you can see that the moon appointment for it jurisdiction was for it to give you the time of seasons. And you know there is no season without days in-between. So therefore, the moon must work together with the Sun. As soon as the Sun goes down the day ends and the Moon appears with a sign to tell you which season of the month or year we are in.
This misconception is what the enemy is trying to use to confuse the Children of Yahweh that have known the truth about using the Lunisolar Creator's calendar.
The moon was not created on the 4th Day it was appointed to rule over the night, while the sun was appointed to rule over the day.
Another misconception we need to correct is that the Sabbath is to start from evening to evening. The day starts from morning when the sun rises until when the Sun goes down completely, the day has passed then the night starts. A day is only 12 hours as you can see from the scripture in
John 11:9 Yahshua answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. The Sabbath Day is the 7th twelve hours of the week, there is difference between Sabbath day and Sabbath night. The word Sabbath means rest. It was given to man Worship Rest and Refreshments. The Sabbath day begins from the morning of the 7th day of the week and not from evening of the 6th day. The time for Sabbath Day is for 12 hours, work is done during the day but on that day non-work is expected from the Children of Yahweh. Please understand this. And during the evening no man works. Psalms 104:23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
the evening is not for labour it's only the day, so understand that also. Once is night people return to eat and sleep until the next day. Let's See Judges 19:9 And when the man rose up to depart, he, and his concubine, and his servant, his father in law, the damsel's father, said unto him, Behold, now the day draweth toward evening, I pray you tarry all night: behold, the day groweth to an end, lodge here, that thine heart may be merry; and to morrow get you early on your way, that thou mayest go home. As you can see from the scripture above, it's the evening that ends the day, and not to begin another day. The day begins in the morning when the Sun rise. Let's see another scripture that clears it that morning and evening makes up a whole day.
John 20:19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Yahshua and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. There is no way we can be confusing ourselves with wrong teachings and expect to be able to keep laws of Yahweh correctly, because it's by knowing accepting the truth in words of Yahweh that we can be able to keep the laws of Yahweh including all His feasts and Sabbath Days.
After the new moon begins the first work day of the week which is the second day of the moonth. Let see this scripture
1 Samuel 20:18, 24, 27 Then Jonathan said to David, To morrow is the new moon: and thou shalt be missed, because thy seat will be empty.
So David hid himself in the field: and when the new moon was come, the king sat him down to eat meat.
And it came to pass on the morrow, which was the second day of the month, that David's place was empty: and Saul said unto Jonathan his son, Wherefore cometh not the son of Jesse to meat, neither yesterday, nor to day?
After the the new moon follows the 2nd day of the moonth which is the 1st work day, and six days shall work be done, the 7th day is the Sabbath of Yahweh our Father. I can't imagine how you could start a month, then 4 days later you would have the Sabbath, that erroneous. The Sabbath day is the 7th day not 4th day of the week or month. If you do that you will end up confusing yourself the more and will mislead people. As you can see from the above scripture that you continue counting the days of the month with the moon, until the Sabbath day. And not counting only the new moon and you count the Sabbath with Manmade calendar. All these are errors. The Sabbath days as you would see in the scripture are always New moon, 8th Day, 15th day 22nd day, and last Sabbath of the month on the 29th day of the month. Therefore, in a month you will have 4 complete Sabbath after the new moon before another new moon. And not in reverse order.Shalom.
