✍️ Primary School Certificate*

From your primary school

✍️ Online Print out of your olevel results

The Olevel results you used during upase/student registration should be what you should use for physical documentation.

✍️ Jamb Admission letter

From jamb caps

✍️ School Admission letter

The letter you printed after payment of Acceptance Fees is your school admission letter.

✍️ Original Jamb Results

From Jamb caps.

✍️ Birth certificate

The one you used during online student registration.

✍️ Local Government Area

The one u used during online student registration.

✍️ Attestation letter

The one you used during online student registration or if you haven't gotten your own, you can dm now.

✍️ School fees/Acceptance Fees Receipts

Go to pay history on your student portal and print it out.

✍️ Print out of Online Course Registration Form

This will be gotten once student course registration starts.

✍️ Bio-data form

Go to your profile on your portal and print it out.

✍️ Medical form

It will be gotten once medical starts.

✍️ Acceptance letter

You can dm any admin now to get your own now to ease hassle during resumption.

Take note that physical documentation isn't done under one day because medicals/course registration will slow it down.

Also your lectures are online especially some few departmental courses depending on the department.

FRESHERS DOCUMENTATION CREDENTIALS

It will be photocopies needed in the files not the original but have the original copies as softcopies incase u misplace the photocopies. You don't need to bring the original copies to school if you don't know how to keep properties.

Below are the official documents needed in your files for Senate and varies from all departments.

They are;

✍️Primary school certificate/Testimonial (Original optional)

✍️Secondary School Certificate/Online print out of Olevel results (Original optional)

✍️ A level or ND result for (DE Students only)

✍️Jamb Admission Letter.

✍️ School Admission Letter.

✍️Original Jamb Result.

✍️ Birth certificate/Statutory Declaration of Age.

✍️ Local Government Origin Certificate/State of Origin Certificate.

✍️ Referee/Attestation Letter. (If you don't have one, contact 08106349405 to get one at affordable price).

✍️ Print out of School Fee Receipt.

✍️ Print out of Acceptance Fee Receipt.

✍️ Print out of online Course Registration Form (Fully signed by level adviser, head of department and dean who will sign for both dean and registrar if any). This would be gotten after course registration has started.

✍️ Bio-data registration form.

✍️ Fully Signed and Documented Medical Form. (When u have done your medicals)

✍️ Minimum of 10 Passports attached.

✍️ Acceptance letter of admission to the school. ( A letter indicating u have accepted the school admission)

The 3 official and general files will be submitted as follow after you have met your level adviser:

And note you will buy some of the files in school when you resume in the school post office. The file you will buy from the post office must be pink and the name of your faculty must be on it Be careful to avoid mistakes*

👉 One for Your Level Adviser who is your first point of contact for all academic processes

👉 One for your HOD(Not all departments does this as your level adviser already have the file your department needs. So some have to submit it to the faculty instead. That's why u have to meet your level adviser first once u resume.)

👉 One for green file ( Given to you by your department, not to be bought) which will be submitted at Senate building for ID card_

You can also get an an additional file for your own personal use to store your original copy or extra copies for future reference if you choose to have one .

UPASE SCREENING BEGINS TODAY FOR FUTMINNA ASPIRANTS

The registration for the FUTMINNA UPASE Screening officially starts today, August 4th, 2025.

✅ HOW TO APPLY FOR UPASE SCREENING:

1. Visit the Screening Portal:
Click the link below:

2. Enter Your Details:
Provide your JAMB registration number and full name in the spaces provided.
3. Fill the Application Form:
Complete the form and upload the required documents.
4. Make Payment:
Pay the ₦2,000
Click on the payment gateway.
Confirm your entries and go through REMITA.
You can pay with a debit card (MasterCard is the smoothest) or at the bank by generating your RRR.
5. Finish up:
Once you pay, your full application shows up.
Click Print and keep a copy. You’ll need it.
