TEXT: EPHESIANS 6:10–12
"10 A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
Ephesians 6:10

11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.
Ephesians 6:11
12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places".
Ephesians 6:12

Beloved, the difference between David and modern day believer is that David fought for victory while we fight from victory because we are standing on the work that Christ did for us.
When Jesus cried out “It is finished” on the cross, He was saying it is done. The price had been paid. The enemy has been defeated. He had finished the work His Father had given Him to do. He had finished and broken Satan’s stronghold on humanity and on you and me.
In Colossians 2:14–15 tells us that at the cross Jesus cancelled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. This is why we do not fight for victory but from victory. Hallelujah!
The devil does not want you to know that he was completely defeated at the cross of Calvary by Jesus Christ. Be informed that when we are fighting sometimes it looks like we are weak as David’s case. Stay and fight.

Beloved, it is Scriptural to fight.God is a fighter.
There are battles of life
that won’t allow you to move
forward till you fight.
The battles you need to fight are as follows;
A)Fight for Salvation - This brings victory over open claim to the ownership of your life by Satan Because only when you are born with fire and water can you attain that state of being a child of God.
A)FIGHT TO BE SPIRITUAL.
The God we serve is a Spirit,so be spiritual so that the power of Flesh which is destructive will not have power over you.
B)FIGHT FOR YOUR DESTINY
Devil truncates the destiny of
many, therefore get hold of your destiny.
C)FIGHT AGAINST FAULTY FOUNDATION:Fight Against Faulty
Foundations. Admit and identify the one you have to be able to move forward in life and deal with it.
THE THINGS YOU NEED TO FIGHT;
a)Salvation and Anointing (Isaiah 10:27)
b) Fastings and Prayers
c) Word of God
d) Faith
e) Service to God

TEXT: 1 Samuel 17:26, 27
David asked the soldiers standing nearby, “What will a man get for killing this Philistine and ending his defiance of Israel? Who is this pagan Philistine anyway, that he is allowed to defy the armies of the living God?” And these men gave David the same reply. They said, “Yes, that is the reward for killing him.”

Beloved, the Bible says in Timothy 6:12 that we are to fight the good fight of faith. There are times when we must stand our ground and not quit—even if it looks like we are going down. Don’t quit!. God will cause us to be victorious.
If we will believe His word, God will show up. David encouraged himself; he stood his ground even when the whole armies of Israel and his loved ones tried to discourage him. Then Goliath stepped out in the valley, morning and evening, for forty nights. He kept coming with repeated threats.
Sometimes our refusal to fight the good fight of faith will keep us where we are. God is able—just trust Him. In Jesus’ name.
PRAYER POINT: Lord God, give me the courage to fight battles when they come, in Jesus’ name.

Why are you sending men to Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron, to ask whether you will recover? Therefore, because you have done this, you will never leave the bed you are lying on; you will surely die.’”

Beloved, this scripture gives us an idea of how God feels when we engage in spiritual adultery by consulting another god.God's jealousy toward us is not selfish but selfless. His jealousy is motivated by our well being. God became concerned about the decision of the King to consult the Baal-Zebub,god of Ekron while there was a man of God in Samaria he would have consulted. This infuriated God,meanwhile the Greek word for Jealous in the New Testament means,'to boil'.It is used of both God and man, to 'boil over'.The Bible says in Exodus 20:5" You shall not bow down to them nor serve them for I the Lord your God,am a jealous God....".This simply means to you and I, that our loyalty to God must be total without looking sideways for 'help' from any source apart from Him. This has become necessary because many in the church today have other places they seek power from due to the demand of the time.

Topic: Turning Crisis Into an Opportunity (3)
Text: Luke 21:14
Then Jesus said, “So make up your minds not to prepare your defense in advance.”

Beloved, these are the further ways Jesus taught us how to choose the right path when you face crisis. They are as follows:
3) IGNORE preparation for self-DEFENSE
According to our anchor scripture, Jesus wants you not to prepare for the defense. When you plan to tell the truth, you don’t need preparation.
4) Speak from the heart
Jesus said in Luke 21:15,
“I will give you words and a wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to withstand or contradict.”
The reason Jesus chose not to prepare is that He Himself will be your advocate. He will put the words right in your heart.
5) Surround yourself with His promises (Luke 21:16–18)
6) Survive and thrive by endurance
The Bible says in Luke 21:19,
“By your endurance you will gain your souls.”
Jesus is talking about eternal life. It is in your eternal body that you are living.

TEXT: Luke 21:11–12
“And great earthquakes shall be in diverse places and famine and pestilence and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and into prisons.”

Beloved, according to the scripture above, Jesus taught us how to choose the right path when you face crisis. They are as follows:
(1)Convert crisis into opportunity
Jesus said, “This will give you an opportunity to testify.”
Jesus teaches us to convert a crisis into an opportunity for you to shine your light into the darkness. The word crisis in Chinese is a compound word, meaning danger and opportunity. So when you are in a crisis, you have two choices: to see it as a danger or an opportunity.
)2)Recount your faith story
What is the opportunity? Jesus said, “This will give you an opportunity to testify.” The word testify is translated from the Greek meaning to witness to the truth. It is an opportunity for your testimony to shine the light in the darkness.
