SEEDS OF DESTINY

BY DR. PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE.

DATE: FRIDAY, 16TH. MAY, 2026.

TOPIC: DEATH TO SELF – A SECRET TO THE SUPERNATURAL.

SCRIPTURE: And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. JOHN 12:23-24.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If God must increase in you, you must decrease in yourself.

We live in a world where walking in the supernatural is a crucial necessity. Man becomes less of what God created him to be if he is out of touch with the supernatural.
Seeing how critically important it is to walk in the supernatural; it is necessary to understand the secrets of walking in the supernatural. Yesterday, we saw some secrets.

In today’s study, we shall be looking at one more secret which is Death to self.
Our anchor scripture says, …Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. You see, it is only when the corn dies that the glory it carries comes out.
Before that glory can happen, the corn of wheat (self) must fall to the ground and die.

The arrogance, pride, and ego of man are covers that hinder the content of the spirit from manifesting, and they must be broken for the spirit to find full expression.
The reason God has not shown forth in many people's lives is too much self, too much pride, too much arrogance, or too much tendency for vain glorification.
If God must increase in you, you must decrease in yourself. That person who is always struggling for attention; that person who wants to be praised, applauded, visible, and overly popular, must die to self so that God can have all the attention and manifest Himself supernaturally.

Being born again entails the death of the old self and the birth of a new creation. Unfortunately, some Christians, despite their salvation experience, continue to carry the remnants of their old, sinful nature, hindering the manifestation of their spiritual identity in Christ.
The release of the spirit only happens with the crushing of the outer man. There is nothing you have that you did not receive.
The spirit of man is the headquarters of the supernatural in the life of man. If only the outer man can be broken, and the spirit man can be released, anything is possible.

Beloved, what is inside you is the greatest weight of your entire being. What you wear is not as important as what your flesh is covering. The cloth covering your flesh is not as important as the content that your flesh is covering.
The spirit of man is the custodian of the supernatural in man. The supernatural will be triggered unto manifestation if the spirit is released.

REMEMBER THIS: If God must increase in you, you must decrease in yourself.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Make up your mind to die daily so that your spirit man can be released.
2. Ask God to separate you from the things that hinder you.

PRAYER: Father, if there is anything in my life that is contending with You for Your glory, fighting Your supernatural manifestation in me, or resisting You and Your Will for my life, let it be crushed, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Dr. Paul Enenche once Visited Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke use during one of his crusades in Nigeria. He took care of the hotel bills and slept on the same bed Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke slept, days after the Evangelist has left, Dr. Paul Enenche went back to the hotel and asked for the same room the evangelist lodged, straight away to the bed of the Evangelist, praying and connecting to whatever mantle dropped or was left on the bed the evangelist slept, using it as a point of contact to connect to the Mantles and Grace that was upon Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke.

While preparing for the program, the organisers told Reinhard Bonnke the support received from Dr. Paul Enenche.

He asked to pray for him. And when he laid hands on him, this was the prayer;

"My Father whatever passion you had for the lost souls that made you come down from heaven to die for them, please give just a drop of or a portion of this passion to this young man". Perfectedlight. And that was how something exploded in Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche.

The rugged Evangelistic passion and drives upon his life is an indication of a transfered of multiples Mantles.

Now his church services are crusades on its own.

Learn to honour the anointing.
You can pray for yourself but Understand that someone can also pray for you for God to speed up and magnify His works in you.
Oil must be honoured.
Mantles must be served.
Graces must be sought for.

There was a moment in scripture where four men carried their paralyzed friend to Jesus because they believed being near Christ could change everything. When they arrived, the house was so crowded they could not even get through the door. Most people would have given up and gone home discouraged. But these men were convinced that Jesus was greater than the situation standing in front of them. So they climbed onto the roof, opened it, and lowered their friend down directly before Jesus. (Mark 2:1-4)

Imagine being the man lying on that mat. Day after day he depended on others to carry him. He likely watched other people live normal lives while he remained stuck in weakness and limitation. He probably wondered if things would ever change for him. Yet while he may have felt forgotten by society, heaven had not forgotten him for a single second. Jesus saw him immediately.

What is beautiful about this story is that Jesus did not respond with frustration toward weakness. He responded with compassion. Sometimes people assume God grows tired of them during long seasons of struggle, but Jesus continually revealed the exact opposite. The broken, weary, and hurting were drawn to Him because His presence carried peace instead of rejection. (Matthew 11:28-30)

One of the most powerful parts of this story is that before Jesus addressed the man’s physical condition, He spoke assurance to his heart. Jesus said, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” Think about how comforting those words must have been. Before the miracle became visible outwardly, Jesus established peace inwardly. He wanted the man to know he was accepted, loved, and welcomed before anything else. (Mark 2:5)

This reveals something incredible about the heart of God. Jesus was never focused merely on outward healing alone. He came to restore the whole person. Fear, shame, condemnation, and hopelessness often weigh heavier on people than physical weakness itself. But Jesus speaks peace directly into those places. He brings assurance before He brings restoration because He wants hearts anchored in His love.

The religious leaders in the room immediately became uncomfortable with grace. Religion often struggles with the idea that Jesus freely gives acceptance and forgiveness apart from human effort. But Jesus came to reveal that healing and restoration flow from His goodness, not from human worthiness. The man on the mat did not earn Christ’s compassion. He simply came near to Jesus. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Then Jesus spoke healing over the man and told him to rise, take up his bed, and walk. Instantly strength filled his body. The same mat that once carried him became something he carried himself. What once symbolized weakness became evidence of restoration. This is what Jesus does. He steps into places that seem impossible and reveals the power of His grace through transformation. (Mark 2:11-12)

There is deep assurance in this story for anyone walking through a difficult season today. Your weakness does not make Jesus pull away from you. Your struggle does not make Him love you less. In fact, throughout the Gospels, weakness consistently drew the compassion of Christ closer. Jesus is not intimidated by human brokenness because He came precisely for broken people. (Luke 5:31-32)

Sometimes people fear that if healing or breakthrough has not happened yet, God must somehow be withholding love from them. But the cross already proved otherwise forever. Jesus willingly gave Himself completely for humanity while people were still weak and lost. That means your current struggle cannot cancel His love for you. The finished work of Christ settled your value permanently. (Romans 5:6-8)

So if you feel today like you are lying on a mat emotionally, physically, or spiritually exhausted, remember the man lowered through the roof. Jesus saw him. Jesus welcomed him. Jesus spoke peace to him. And Jesus restored him. The same Savior still sees you now. You are not abandoned in your weakness. You are deeply loved by a compassionate Father, and through Jesus Christ there is still hope, still grace, and still assurance for your life today.

HOW ANGER MADE A MAN TO CUT OFF HIS SON'S FINGERS AND WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM AFTERWARDS

PASTOR E.A ADEBOYE.

There was A MAN whose only problem was ANGER. Whenever he got ANGRY, he could do ANYTHING.

He had just bought a brand NEW CAR, parked it in front of the house and was rejoicing when his SON took something sharp and SCRATCHED it on the new car. This man saw it and OUT OF ANGER, used the first thing he saw - A HAMMER, to smash his son's hand. The boy screamed. Upon realising what he had done, the man rushed the boy to the HOSPITAL, where the doctor said the only solution was to AMPUTATE the boy's fingers.

The following day, he went TO SEE the boy in the hospital and the boy said to him, "Daddy, when will my fingers grow again?" The man went back home with a VERY HEAVY HEART. He then decided to go and check what the boy had written on the car anyway. The boy had written on the car, "DADDY, I LOVE YOU".

THE MAN WAS SO DEVASTATED THAT HE COMMITTED SU***DE.

ANGER is very dangerous!

ANGER is one major tool that the devil uses to destroy destinies.

Some MEN often give their wives BEATEN that always land her in HOSPITALS and if you ask the husband, the response is 'I did it out of ANGER'

Some WOMEN will reign different curses on their HUSBAND AND CHILDREN out of ANGER' and after that, such woman will embark on 3DAYS FASTING for the same husband and children.

Many have ALTERED their CHILDREN'S DESTINY through ANGER. Such people uses NEGATIVE WORDS on their children whenever they are ANGRY, they CURSED their own children unconsciously because they were ANGRY.

WHILE SOME PEOPLE CURSED THEMSELVES in order to PROVE some points to human being like themselves, whereas the Bible says let your YES be YES and your KNOW be KNOW.

ANGER IS TEMPORARY MADNESS; that is why you hear people say, "I was MAD with him" and they say it with PRIDE.

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO FULFIL YOUR DESTINY, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH ANGER IN YOUR LIFE!

Remember that your children are LEARNING from you.

IF YOU REALLY WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO FULFILL THEIR DESTINY, YOU ALSO HAVE TO DEAL WITH ANGER IN YOUR LIFE!

He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city. (Proverbs 16:32)

Rule your spirit. Don't let ANGER bring you down!

Don't let ANGER bring your husband down!

Don't let ANGER bring your children down!

Don't let ANGER destroy your home!

MAY THE LORD DESTROY ANY ROOT OF ANGER IN YOU, IN JESUS' NAME.

When many people read Acts 2:1-4, they often focus only on the outward signs of Pentecost like the rushing wind, the tongues of fire, or the speaking in other tongues. But the true beauty of this moment is much deeper than the manifestation itself. Acts 2 is the unveiling of what Jesus accomplished through His finished work. This was not merely a powerful church service. This was heaven announcing that humanity could now become the dwelling place of God through Christ. (Acts 2:1-4)

Before the cross, the presence of God would rest upon certain individuals for moments and assignments. But after the resurrection of Jesus, everything changed forever. Because sin had been dealt with completely at the cross, the Holy Spirit could now permanently dwell inside believers. Pentecost was not God visiting people temporarily. Pentecost was God moving in permanently through the finished work of Jesus. (John 14:16-17)

The timing of Pentecost is also filled with incredible revelation. The Holy Spirit came after Jesus had already ascended and sat down at the right hand of the Father. Jesus sat down because the work of redemption was finished completely. The outpouring of the Spirit was heaven’s declaration that the sacrifice of Christ was accepted forever. The Spirit did not come because humanity became worthy enough. The Spirit came because Jesus was worthy enough. (Hebrews 1:3)

Acts 2 begins by saying they were all together in one place. There is something beautiful about hearts gathered around Jesus with expectancy. The disciples were not trying to earn the Holy Spirit through striving or performance. They were simply waiting upon the promise Jesus had already spoken over them. Grace always begins with receiving what God promised, not trying to manufacture what only heaven can give. (Luke 24:49)

Then suddenly there came a sound from heaven like a mighty rushing wind. Notice the sound came from heaven, not from human effort. Revival has never been sustained by human strength alone. The life of God always flows from heaven toward humanity through grace. The rushing wind symbolized the breath of God filling His people with divine life. What Adam lost in the garden through sin, Jesus restored through redemption. (Genesis 2:7)

The tongues of fire resting upon each believer also carry profound revelation. In the Old Testament, fire often represented the presence of God dwelling in temples and upon altars. But now the fire rested upon people themselves. The believer became the temple. Because of Jesus, God no longer dwells behind a veil separated from humanity. Through Christ, the veil was torn and the presence of God moved inside His people forever. (1 Corinthians 6:19)

One of the most comforting truths in this passage is that the Holy Spirit filled ordinary people. Fishermen were filled. Imperfect people were filled. People who previously struggled with fear and weakness were filled. Pentecost reveals that God does not wait for human perfection before pouring out His Spirit. The qualification was never human strength. The qualification was the finished work of Jesus Christ. (Titus 3:5-6)

Acts 2 also reveals that the Christian life was never meant to be lived through human effort alone. Many believers spend years exhausted trying to carry spiritual burdens in their own strength. But Pentecost reminds us that God Himself now lives within us. The Holy Spirit is not merely an external helper. He is the very presence of God empowering believers from within. Christianity is not self-improvement. It is Christ living through you. (Galatians 2:20)

The speaking in other tongues demonstrated something beautiful as well. Through Babel, humanity had once been divided by languages because of pride and separation from God. But through Jesus and the Holy Spirit, heaven began bringing people together again. Pentecost reveals restoration. The gospel is for every nation, every tribe, every language, and every person. Jesus came to bring humanity back into relationship with the Father. (Revelation 7:9)

There is also deep peace in knowing the Holy Spirit came as a gift of grace. The disciples did not purchase His presence. They did not achieve Him through works. The Spirit was given freely because Jesus had already paid the price completely. This means believers today do not need to live begging God to come near. Through Christ, God already came near and now dwells within His people forever. (Ephesians 1:13-14)

Many believers still live as though they are spiritually abandoned, constantly trying to reach a distant God. But Acts 2 destroys that mindset completely. The Holy Spirit is the evidence that God is no longer separated from His people. Because of Jesus, the believer never walks alone. In moments of weakness, He comforts. In moments of fear, He reminds you that you belong to the Father. In moments of uncertainty, He points your heart back to Jesus and His finished work. (Romans 8:15-16)

Acts 2:1-4 is ultimately the story of heaven moving into humanity through the finished work of Christ. Pentecost was not about people becoming more worthy. It was about Jesus proving worthy on behalf of humanity forever. Today you can rest knowing the same Spirit who filled the upper room now lives inside of you through faith in Christ. You are not distant from God. You are His dwelling place because of Jesus.

BEFORE YOU BECOME A HUSBAND!

You have no business looking for a wife brother if you lack this qualities:

1. SOUND VISION
You know exactly where you are going and how to go there. If you don't know where you are going, how will any one help you reach your destination. You are the leader, she follows your lead. If you are blind and can't see road, you will end up a failure; marital crises is the end result. Get good, sound vision for your life!

2. YOU HAVE A GOOD JOB/BUSINESS
It is your responsibility to work hard and get paid for your services. Stop using the Nigerian economy as an excuse for poor take home. If the job is not paying well, look for another one. If you can't get, pray. If you still don't get, create products and services that will bring in extra money. Some men are just mentally, physically lazy and won't do anything extra to make more money. Most youths today are looking for white collar jobs and if they don't get, fold their arms and wait for a woman to come and rescue them! You are not serious brother! Not all who ride Maruwa are illiterates! Some okada riders are B.Sc holders. They will rather work with their two hands than kill or steal pants for money rituals. The God who see your faithfulness, prayer and hard work will surely bless and elevate you! I heard the story of a graduate who worked as a gate man for a company because there was no job. He was very faithful and hardworking till his boss called him and asked for his qualifications, the man was flabbergasted and employed him right away, in no time, he became a manager in the company. What if he chose to sleep at home because there was no job?

3. YOU ARE WISE
You talk with wisdom and act in wisdom. It is wisdom to fear the Lord "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom..."

4. YOU HAVE PATIENCE
It takes a patient man to live with a woman. Being a woman is complex. I takes God to have easy womanhood. Every virtuous woman is made by God and her husband. Your patience will turn her from a ferocious lion to a gentle lamb!

5. YOU UNDERSTAND AND CAN MEET THE NEEDS OF A WOMAN
A woman needs plenty affection, honest communication, financial provision, your faithfulness and commitment to the family, plenty love and care to be happy and fulfilled in marriage, can you meet these needs?

6. YOU CAN GIVE HER MIND BLOWING OR**SM
S*x is serious business in marriage. Many women run from s*x in marriage because the man just don't know how to do it. S*x is more than "remove your pants, spread your laps", go in, dance shaku shaku, rotate and get out, s*x is...s*x is...watch out for my ebook on this topic. If you can make her enjoy s*x and scream your name in bed, you will never have serious marital crises needing divorce! Yes! Satisfying s*x can kill many tension and crises in marriage. God bless my husband, Adewunmi Oladele for me. Love you, muuuuuaaaaaah!

Like I have always scream loud and clear, S*X IS STRICTLY FOR THE MARRIED! This article is for mature men. If you are not mature to handle this post, you are not ready for marriage!

7. YOU HAVE SELF CONTROL
Self discipline is an invaluable quality of great men. The ability to control your er****on, appetite, temper and flesh is the hall mark of a great husband and you will inevitably enjoy marital bliss. Lack of self control is one of the leading causes of divorce world wide.

Men, like I always say, you are awesome! Develop this godly qualities and watch women go completely crazy for you.We marry men who have excellent qualities. You are loved!

Thanks for reading. God bless you. Cheers!

12/05/2026

Many people read Hebrews 4:15 and still walk away believing Jesus merely understands their struggle from a distance. But this verse is revealing something far greater. It is showing you that Jesus did not come to condemn humanity from heaven. He entered directly into human weakness and overcame it completely on your behalf. The verse says, “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15 ESV) The finished work of Jesus means your relationship with God is now built upon His perfection, not your instability.

The word “sympathize” in Greek is the word “sympatheo.” It means to suffer alongside, to deeply understand through experience, to feel with another person. This changes everything. Jesus does not look at your weakness confused or irritated. He understands the full weight of living in a fallen world because He willingly stepped into humanity Himself. Yet unlike Adam, He overcame perfectly. That means your salvation rests upon One who fully understands weakness yet fully conquered sin.

Many people misunderstand this verse because they approach Jesus as though He is primarily examining their behavior instead of serving as their High Priest. Under the old covenant, the high priest represented people before God. Jesus now stands as your eternal High Priest forever. He is not standing between you and the Father blocking access. He is the reason you now have permanent access. The misunderstanding comes when people still see God through an Old Testament lens of distance instead of through the finished work of Christ.

The phrase “yet without sin” often causes confusion. Some read it and immediately feel discouraged because they compare their own weakness to Christ’s perfection. But the beauty of the gospel is not that Jesus came to show you what you failed to become. He came to become for you what you could never achieve apart from Him. His sinlessness was not meant to shame you. It was meant to save you. His victory became your covering.

The Greek word for “tempted” is “peirazo,” which means tested, tried, or proven under pressure. Jesus entered every form of human pressure that humanity experiences. Rejection, betrayal, exhaustion, grief, false accusation, loneliness, physical suffering, spiritual attack. Yet through every moment, He remained perfectly righteous. Why does this matter so much? Because the righteousness now credited to you is not fragile human righteousness. It is the tested and victorious righteousness of Jesus Himself.

This is why the gospel brings rest to the human heart. Most people secretly live as though God’s love fluctuates based on their daily performance. But Hebrews reveals the exact opposite. Your confidence before God is anchored in a High Priest who cannot fail. Jesus does not wake up uncertain about you. He already finished the work necessary to secure your relationship with the Father forever.

Another misunderstanding happens when people think weakness scares God away. Religion teaches people to hide weakness from Him. Grace teaches you to run boldly toward Him because of Jesus. Weakness is not the place where God abandons you. It is often the place where His finished work becomes most visible. Paul later writes that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness because human inability creates space to see divine sufficiency.

Many believers spend years trying to become worthy of approaching God. But Hebrews completely flips that thinking upside down. You do not approach God because you finally became strong enough. You approach God because Jesus already became worthy enough. Your access to the Father is not rooted in your consistency. It is rooted in Christ’s completed obedience. That is why the cross brought confidence instead of distance.

The religious mindset says, “God understands me, but I still need to earn His acceptance.” The finished work mindset says, “Because Jesus fully satisfied the Father, I already have acceptance.” One mindset produces fear and exhaustion. The other produces peace and intimacy. This is why understanding your High Priest correctly matters so deeply. Wrong understanding always creates distance. Right understanding creates rest.

The incredible thing about Jesus becoming human is that He forever removed the lie that God is disconnected from humanity. Jesus laughed, cried, ate, slept, wept, walked among broken people, touched lepers, defended sinners, and welcomed the outcast. The cross was not God pushing humanity away. It was God pulling humanity near through His Son. Hebrews 4:15 is reminding you that your Savior is not distant from your life right now.

The word “high priest” itself carried enormous meaning to Jewish readers. The high priest entered the Holy of Holies on behalf of the people. But Jesus did something no earthly priest could ever do. He entered heaven itself with His own blood once and for all. Not repeatedly. Not temporarily. Forever. That means your forgiveness is not on a trial period. Your righteousness is not fragile. Your standing with God is anchored in an eternal Savior who cannot fail.

So when you read Hebrews 4:15, do not merely see a Jesus who understands your pain. See the victorious Son of God who entered your weakness, overcame everything against you, destroyed the barrier between you and the Father, and now forever represents you in righteousness before God. You are not trying to hold onto Jesus through your strength. The good news is that Jesus is holding onto you through His finished work.

God does not need perfect people. He needs yielded vessels. Availability attracts grace.

One of the greatest mistakes many believers make is waiting to become perfect before surrendering to God. But God has never worked with perfect men, He works with yielded hearts.

Moses had weaknesses, yet God used him mightily. Gideon struggled with fear, yet heaven called him a mighty man of valour. The power was never in the vessel, it was always in God.

2 Corinthians 12:9 says, “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” God’s strength is revealed through surrendered humanity.

Many are praying for impact, yet they are unavailable. Heaven does not look for perfection first, heaven looks for willingness.

Isaiah 6:8 says, “Here am I; send me.” That response alone positioned Isaiah for divine commission. Availability attracts divine backing.

When a man yields completely to God, grace begins to flow through his life. What he could not do by strength becomes possible by divine enablement.

Do not disqualify yourself because of your past, your flaws, or your limitations. If your heart is open to God, He can still use you beyond your imagination.

The Kingdom advances through yielded vessels. Men who have decided that their lives no longer belong to them, but to the purposes of God.

Lord, make us available. Teach us to yield completely until Your life is expressed through us without resistance.

What our eyes saw From Friday to Saturday in Lagos was pure glory, hunger and Wonders of God - Apostle Edu Uchechukwu

For almost 15 hrs nonstop from night till morning, men and women, young and old where soaked in the atmosphere of prayer, revival and glory.

We were initially bothered; will Lagos come out to seek God in prayers, especially since the prayers to do not focus on self.
We started by 4 pm and in 45 mins time, there was not standing space, not sitting ooo (most of our prayer time are done standing)

As the night wore on, hungry men and women kept pouring in till we had almost more people outside than inside.

Some brethren on bus coming had the spirit of prayer and Revival breakout in the buses and they were literally caught up in the Holy Ghost.

What a time we are living in.
I conclude that cities may not be too busy to seek God as we in the villages may have thought. When glory, heavenly substance and Revival breaks out upon God's people, everything becomes second place.
