🤍Setting healthy, clear boundaries are not for other people they are for your safety.

🤍Healthy boundaries guard your inner peace, sanity, health, and happiness.

🤍Remember, setting boundaries is not a punishment for others. They may feel that it is. It’s natural for them to miss the “old” you.

🤍If someone is not happy with how you choose to live your life, it is a sure sign that you need to take good care of yourself, continue reinforcing your boundaries, don't take anything they do or say personally.

🤍Not everyone is meant to be in our lives to the end, so when someone brings pain, suffering, and disrespect to your life, “adjust your life to their absence” and wish them well from afar.
