Topic: Breaking Barriers - Advance

Key Lessons:
The purpose of removing every barrier or obstacle is to give you the opportunity to move.
✓ Barriers are not removed simply for the sake of removal; they are taken away so that there may be ease of passage.
✓ It is both interesting and important to know that barriers are real. Some are spiritual, physical, financial, mental, or even imagined. Until we understand the reality of barriers, we will not be ready to confront them or remove them from our way.
✓ When Jesus was about to raise Lazarus from the dead, He first dealt with the barrier (stone). He knew what the people could and should handle, and what they could not handle but He could.
✓ We must acknowledge that barriers are real, because every barrier we deny is a barrier we cannot remove, breakthrough, or handle.
✓ The first step in breaking barriers in order to advance is to recognize the reality of these barriers.
✓ Physically, a barrier can be an obstacle, barricade, fence, or wall. Mentally, a barrier could exist in your mind, such as doubt or unbelief. Spiritually, doubt and unbelief are barriers that exist in your heart.
✓ One of the challenges of barriers is that some people, no matter how hard they work, cannot break through to a certain level. Barriers place limitations on people.
✓ God is the ultimate barrier breaker, and if God can break barriers, we as His children have every reason to break barriers as well.
Genesis 1:1-3; John 1:1-5
✓ God broke through the barrier of darkness, and light came, which makes Him the number one barrier breaker.
✓ The way God the Father broke the barrier of darkness was the same way Jesus did. When Jesus came, He began there and broke through the darkness.
✓ God transmuted the light He declared in Genesis into a person, and Jesus entered.
Isaiah 9:1-2; Zechariah 4:7
✓ When a great mountain emerges, great light comes. Until your mountain becomes great, the intensity of your light will not be great. In other words, the light that shines in your darkness is equivalent to the darkness you are going through.
✓ Anything that places limitations on you is a barrier. You don’t negotiate or legislate the removal of barriers—you remove them by a word of command and a deliberate act of speaking to them, just like the prophet in Zechariah, who did not negotiate or legislate with the barrier.
✓ History favors the aggressor (Matthew 11:12). So if you are not aggressive spiritually, barriers will maintain their position.
How God Broke through the barrier of darkness and How you Too Can.
1. By Faith-Hebrews 11:3
✓ God broke through the barrier of darkness by faith, not by prayer. This does not mean that prayer should be downplayed on but everything has its place.
✓ There is a place for prayer, and there is a place for faith. When it comes to breaking barriers, the first thing is the power of Faith; that is why your unbelief must be dealt with.
✓ The only thing that conquers unbelief is faith, not prayer. That is why you need to build your faith. Romans 10:17
✓ The reason so many people are living in a world of calamity in the physical realm is because they insist on seeing before believing; this is why their mountain remains.
✓ Faith does not see first—it calls the things that are not as though they were. Therefore, graduate yourself from the level of sight to the level of faith.
✓ By the power of faith, you can create and frame your world into the world you desire, no matter what is happening around you.
2. By the move of the Spirit
Genesis 1:2
✓ Every human being on earth is moved by something, and your life will always go in the direction of what is moving you. Judges 13:25
✓ What moves you is dependent on what you hear. Wars are fought because of what is heard and said, so be watchful and careful about the things you listen to, because they determine the direction you will go.
✓ God could not break through the barrier of darkness until the Spirit moved. Even Jesus did nothing until the Spirit moved Him (Luke 4). Therefore, allow the Holy Ghost to move you.
3. The Power of Your Spoken Word Genesis 1:3
✓ Your life goes in the direction of your words. Numbers 14:28
✓ Change your spoken words and declarations, and change what you are seeing. If you say it by faith, you will see it as you say it. Isaiah 8:12
✓ Do not say what others are saying. We live in the world, but we are not of the world. Therefore, if you desire to live and enjoy good health, call it forth.
✓ What are you saying? Until God spoke, light did not come. Even in your darkness, speak light, for with God nothing shall be impossible.Matthew 12:37

So, what are you saying to yourself—to 2026, to your business, to your office, to your finances, and to your children? Because your words can shape your destiny.
✓ If your capacity is not increased, you will remain limited. For instance, someone whose capacity is one million will not be able to handle ten million if it is given to him. The only thing he will do is reduce it back to one million; he will not rest until the ten million comes down to his level of capacity. Therefore, increase your capacity by what you say. Declare to yourself:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
✓ Faith helps you enlarge and increase your capacity.
✓ Speak well to yourself, even if others are not speaking well to you, because you are the one who will eat the fruit of your lips just like the woman with the issue of blood, who built her faith through self-talk and acted on what she said.
✓ The problem you are complaining about is what is meant to help you.
✓ Don’t come to church just to be a member; put a demand on the anointing. Demand for breakthrough. Demand to break barriers.
*This season you are breaking barriers in Jesus name.
*May the light of God shatter and scatter every darkness in your life and family.
*By the light every confusion and chaos is terminated Now.
*Your new day dawns with the light and the life of God in you.
*As light dominated darkness, so shall you dominate and conquer every works of darkness.
