Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Matthew 11:28-29 KJV

One thing that Jesus always has in His hands is an invitation for us to come and surrender whatever it is that we may have thought we had to carry on our own. He never wants us to forget that He is able, and willing, to bear our burdens.

Join us this Sunday as we gather in the presence of our Saviour, to lay down our heavy loads and to learn of Him, even as we hope to find rest for our souls. See you in church! 😇

John 15:5-6 KJV
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. [6] If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Fruit bearing is tied to abiding in Jesus, the true vine. Scripture warns of the possibility of being unfruitful and being cast forth as a branch if one does not abide. We must take heed, and be intentional about remaining anchored to the Vine, and bearing fruit by Him.
