Message Title: Walking In Dominion Over Sickness And Diseases - Part 3b
Introduction:
"Death begins with sickness; the destruction of sickness is the destruction of death"
- The end time church is ordained to walk in dominion in all spheres of life, including dominion over sickness and disease before Christ returns – Jer. 30:17, Isa. 33:24
"It takes spiritual warfare to dominate because satan will always try; satan will always come"
"Man was created to dominate the Earth, and every creature" - Psa. 84:4-6
The root of sickness is sin; that is why the inhabitant of Zion must not say, I am sick"
"Believers in the kingdom are ordained to be like Job, a touch-not entity. Satan is not permitted to pe*****te into your life with sickness and diseases"
"But believers, when you need to rest, rest"
- But the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but spiritual – 2 Cor. 10:3-6
"There is nothing physical that exists that does not have a spiritual root"
"Every sickness has its root in the spiritual realm"
- Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers – Eph. 6:12
SPIRIT BEHIND DIVERSE SICKNESS AND DISEASES
》 Sexual perversion – Rom. 1:25-28, Hos. 5:4
"Anything that is against the law of nature is perversion"
"There is inconveniency in transgression. It brings sickness and diseases"
》 The spirit of heaviness – Isa. 61:3, Prov. 17:22
"The spirit of depression consumes your beauty" - Isa. 61:3
"The spirit of heaviness leads to depression; depression leads to hypertension, and hypertension can lead to death, either death by su***de or cardiac arrest"
"Depression can make your heart dysfunctional"
"A merry heart brings about a healthy living" - Prov. 17:22
"The spirit of heaviness pursues men from you (woman)"
"Don't let what you think is not happening stop what will happen"
HOW ANOINTING WITH OIL EMPOWERS US FOR DOMINION OVER SICKNESS AND DISEASE
》 The mystery of the anointing oil was unveiled back in the Old Testament but ordained for effectiveness all through generations – Exo. 30:30-31.
》 The anointing oil is a spiritual medium through which the Holy Spirit manifests Himself in our lives – 1 Sam. 16:13
》 The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is the same that indwells the Holy Anointing oil, with power to quicken our mortal body – 1 Sam. 16:13, Rom. 8:11
BUT WHAT IS IN THE ANOINTING OIL THAT HEALS?
- The healing power of God – Mark 6:7/12-13, Jam. 5:14-15
"There is healing power in the anointing oil; it may look ordinary, but since they don't see spirit, believe Spirit - believe God"
"Anointing oil plus prayer brings about total healing" - Jam. 5:14
"Call people around you, your home cell; let them pray for you. You will be healed"
- The Spirit of the Lord that destroys yokes – Isa. 10:27, Luke 4:18
- The Spirit of the Lord that sets free the captives – 2 Cor. 3:17
"The spirit of the Lord is in the anointing oil and when it comes upon you, it brings liberty" - 2 Cor. 3:17
- The Spirit of the Lord that exempts us from all evils of the day – Psa. 105:13-15, Eph. 1:13
"Whenever the anointing oil comes upon you, there is a spiritual rebuke against the devil over your life"
"The anointing oil is a seal" - Eph. 1:13
- The mystery of the fan and the fire that destroys sickness and disease. – Matt. 3:11-12
》 That is why we take a sip of the oil after it has been blessed
COVENANT DAY OF LONG LIFE
》 A good old age is our heritage in Abrahamic lineage - Isa. 51:1-2, Gen. 15:15
"Abraham is called our father"
》 Long life is a function of strength
COVENANT KEYS FOR GOING FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH TO SECURE A GOOD OLD AGE
"The Bible calls us a tree of righteousness. The older a tree grows, the stronger it becomes" - Isa. 61:3
1. Revelation is the mystery behind rejuvenation – Psa. 103:15, Job 33:23-25
"God renewed us by the revelation of His word"
2. Commit to fellowship with God – Psa. 84:7, Heb. 10:25
"Your coming to church releases strength unto you"
3. Proven love for God – Gen. 25:7-8, Isa. 41:8
"The love for God guarantees long life"
4. Joy and rejoicing – Prov. 17:22
"The devil is so crafty; he knows he has no power over you. The only way is to bring sorrow your way, and when he brings sorrow, he starts killing the fiber of your being"
"When you're sorrowful, eating food is a problem, and when you are not eating, you become weak, and from weakness comes death. Malnutrition will set in"
"We need to be joyful - your situation can change, your God cannot change, and if your situation turns bad, it is only God that can change it"
"Let's be rejoicing, and strength will come"
》 God revealed 120 to Moses as His plan for man’s lifespan, and he attained 120, and it’s defined as a good old age – Deut. 34:7, Gen. 6:3
》 On the other hand, David saw 70 as God’s plan, and he transited at 70, which is also defined as a good old age
》 This validates the truth that ‘as far as our ways can see’ shall be given to us – Gen. 13:14-15/17-18
"It is not true that you can die at any time; you determine it"
"The picture you carry in your mind is what you feature"
"People don't know that their thoughts are what kills them - nonsense thoughts bring nonsense things"
"If your body is doing you, be the one to undo it. Undo it with the Word of God"
