SATURDAY : BUILD BEYOND YOURSELF (From Thought of the Week)

A legacy is not simply what people remember about you.

A legacy is what continues because you were here.

Build people who can carry the vision.
Build leaders who can raise other leaders.
Build systems that can continue.
Build values that can be transferred.

Don't spend your entire life trying to prove that you are needed.

Spend your life making sure that what God entrusted to you can continue through others.

That is continuity.

That is legacy.

FRIDAY : LET OTHERS GROW

You cannot build leaders if you never give people responsibility.

Sometimes we hold on too tightly because we are afraid someone may not do it exactly the way we would.

But growth requires opportunity.

Give someone a chance.
Let them try.
Let them learn.
Let them make mistakes.
Then guide them.

Don't just give people tasks.

Give them opportunities to develop capacity.

A leader who refuses to release responsibility may eventually become the limitation of the very people they are called to develop.

THURSDAY: WHAT YOU KNOW SHOULD HELP SOMEONE GROW (From Thought of the Week)

Knowledge becomes more powerful when it is transferred.

Don't keep everything you have learned to yourself.

Teach someone how you arrived where you are.
Explain the lessons behind your experience.
Give someone room to practice.
Correct them when they make mistakes.

You may be surprised how much potential is waiting in someone simply because nobody took the time to teach them.

Someone is watching you.

Become the person who helps them become better.

WEDNESDAY MAKE YOURSELF REPRODUCIBLE(Thought of the week)

Being reproducible means that what God has deposited in you can be transferred to others.

Your wisdom should not die with you.
Your experience should become someone else's training.
Your lessons should become someone else's foundation.

Jesus didn't only gather crowds. He developed disciples.

The question is not only:

"What am I building?"

“Who am I building?”

Invest in people.

RECAP FROM OUR HEALING AND DELIVERANCE SERVICE (LAFIA BRANCH)

TOPIC:- NEVER GIVE UP

Text: Galatians 6:9 — “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”, Micah 7:8 , Psalm 50:15.

There are moments in life when you pray and it seems as if God is silent. You work hard, but you see no results. You believe, but circumstances tell you to stop believing. You may even feel like giving up because the journey has become too difficult. But I came to remind you today: DO NOT GIVE UP!

Your current situation is not the conclusion of your story. A delay does not mean denial, and a difficult season does not mean God has abandoned you. Sometimes God allows you to pass through the valley before He takes you to the mountain.

Look at David. He was anointed as king, yet he still went through years of waiting and persecution before he sat on the throne.

Beloved, don't quit because it is taking longer than you expected. The fact that you are still standing means God is still working. Sometimes you cannot see what God is doing because He is working behind the scenes.

When you fall, get back up. When you fail, learn and try again. When people reject you, remember that God's acceptance is greater than human approval. When you become tired, rest—but don't surrender your purpose.

There is a difference between being Valuable and being Indispensable.

If everything depends on you, you may be doing a great job but you may not be building a sustainable system.

Leadership is not saying, Nobody can do this like me.

Leadership says, Let me teach someone else how to do it.

Share your knowledge.
Give others opportunities.
Allow people to grow.

You don't weaken your relevance by empowering others.

You multiply your impact.
